I was happy to stay the night in this hotel. I met my expectations.

The hotel room was newly updated and very clean and nice. The bad and pillows were lovely. The bathroom was clean. Breakfast was nice.

Will not be staying at this facility again.

The remodeling was nice but very shortcoming

Lack of towels, lack of garbage cans. The smell from the remodeling was absolutely awful. No screens on the windows and mold smell throughout the unit. Front desk person was not happy to be there

It was a nice stay in a quiet and clean building.

Good breakfast, helpful and friendly staff. It was quiet at night, so we were able to sleep.

The bathroom floor was not totally clean, and the eggs for breakfast were not available when we got to the breakfast room. The handicap parking was in a strange place and not very many stalls.

I liked my room and would stay here again without question

I had the corner suite and it was comfortable and quiet!! I like the location and the office staff was very welcoming and friendly

I didnt really find anything that i would change. The price was good and the room was very good for the price

The location was near to desirable restaurants.

The front desk person was very helpful and efficient.

The walls were thin that you could hear talking in the hall and walking above.

The front desk gal was nice.

The room was not very clean. The beds were roll away beds and the mattresses weren't comfortable at all. The room/hotel was in desperate need of tlc and repaired. I was supposed to stay 2 days but canceled my 2nd day and left immediately after waking up with my entire body being sore from whatever kind of bed I was sleeping on.

The area where the hotel is is cozy and quiet. The room was good and the bed was good. We were in town for a concert and didn't need much and this place met all criteria for us.

It was a comfortable stay.

Breakfast was great, I wish they didn't use styrofoam cups (not good for the environment).

Couldn't get through to the front desk (constant) busy signal. I was trying to get the WiFi password, it wasn't anywhere in the room.

Our orginal room we booked was not ready- as the bed and the bathrooms had not been cleaned or made up for a new guest. We had a great reponse from the evening manager/staff fellow. He responded immediately and found another room for us on the same ground floor not far from our original room. It was fine- a ready to check in room. We just had to move our luggage down the hall to the new room.

Just the first room when we checked in was not ready- unmade bed, not a clean bathroom or trashes not empited. It appeared the housekeeping staff did not have the room ready, even though it appeard so for the manager who assigned us that room. He quickly found us another room. He mentioned the facility was having house keeping issues at times. It all worked out and we appreciated the quick reponse.

The location was good

I got there after a very long drive I had requested a first-floor room due to having a metal rod in my ankle and no elevator the check in was nice and smooth I got to my room and it was filthy went back to the front desk and asked for a clean room I was told I would have to go to the second floor or I could take the stuff to clean the room and clean sheets for the bed I will be calling management
