The property is right off the roundabout after Bourne Bridge. Very easy to navigate to and from the rest of the cape. 20 minutes from Falmouth and Woods hole. A short distance from attractions(Water Wizz), beaches (Monument Beach for fireworks) and restaurants(Barlow’s Seafood).
Everything fit for what we needed. Breakfast would have been a bonus.

Location.
Room was freezing. No towels. Tv did not work. Paint was terrible. Paint missing, updates needed. Fluorescent light. Bug squished on the wall. Smells terrible. Not a fan.

The hotel was closed when we got there because the roof collapsed. I'm furious that they didn't call us ahead of time to tell us. We spent an hour finding another place to stay which made us late for the event we were attending.
To top it off, when I called the number taped to the lobby door, the person who answered barely apologized. I had even called at 11am that day to ask if the pool was open and they said nothing about the hotel closure.

Poor is all I can say. The first conversation with receptionist was very negative and she was rude. The hotel is past its sell by date and needs a major refit, looks old and tiered by European standards.
Room had a wonderful view of cars parked up to the window, so for privacy did not open the curtains.

The location to Mass Maritime Academy is as less than 2 miles.
The room smelled like mildew. The pullout sofa bed had dirty linens, the mattress was about 1/2 inch thick and not suitable to sleep for a dog. My 16 yr old had to sleep with us in the king bed. The “King suite” was over advertised m. The tv could not be seen from the couch. The mini kitchen had a broken cabinet door and was so mini that the microwave was in the bedroom entertainment/tv cabinet. The bathroom had ants all over the floor and the ceiling had brown stains all along it. Since we checked in after 9 it was to late for a room change.

Upon check-in we were given a bag of breakfast goodies, like drinks, muffins, yogurts and plastic utensils.
It was better than nothing. The double room we had was spacious. There is a kitchenette, with cabinets, but the cabinets are empty. There are no dishes or utensils. There is a microwave and fridge which was a plus for us.
The room had good sound proofing from the adjoining units, but you can hear the footsteps from the unit above you. If that's a problem then just request a top floor.
There are zero USB ports in the room we had, make sure you bring wall adapters.

Rooms were clean, a small continental breakfast was included, staff was accommodating and it’s a great location!
Maybe a little more variety for the breakfast.

Staff member/ Owner? Was very nice.
I had to get a second room after finding out that my bet had been “wet” and wasn’t clean very dated room, lighting was really uncomfortable.

Shabby looking. Stained rugs. Needs upgrade
Improvement on the property. Old establishment what it has going for it is it’s location. That’s it. Basically a yogurt and juice for their “breakfast” offering. Even the coffee was terrible. We’d never stay there again.

older property. the breakfast that was to be included turned out to be a bag with one bottle of water, two oh, two yogurts, two small muffins, a bag of potato chips and a bag of cookies. this is not breakfast or even a continental one. disappointing. on a positive note, the property was much quieter than we expected. we appreciated that.

I liked the location and the beds
that they charged my card the second day and claimed they didn’t so they didn’t let me stay but still took $126 from me

When we entered the room, it was very musty smelling and I think with the heat being on it was a bit stronger. The windows weren't locked so I am thankful I checked. The beds were very comfortable and the location was great.

We had to book last minute for a burial service Wednesday morning. We were a late late arrival at 2am. Thank you so much to the gentleman we had to wake by ringing the bell. He never made us feel bad for arriving so late and even had a goodie bag awaiting our arrival. Since I had booked saying burial he even had comforting words for me. Thank you so much for your welcome at such a late hour. We literally stayed in the room 7 hours, went to the burial, grabbed lunch, and travelled back home the 8 hours. Thankfully the hotel helped ease some stress!

There wasn’t any noteworthy that was something that I did like. It was a place to sleep. Liked the fridge in room
The room was very dated and well worn. There was a smell to the room even though I left windows open entire time. Not sure if mildew but it’s a very basic accommodation. Way overpriced but available rooms in area were not available. Understand the lack of hotel services with Covid whereas nobody cleaning room. But they could at least dropped off a bottle of shampoo and a soap. Had to go to front desk to get some.

Ummm...the pool and jacuzzi were ok. The price.
Decor from the 70's, peeling paint, poor signage, walked the whole property looking for ice machine and the TV picture shook/glitched.

Nothing, I accidentally booked the stay with one bed I asked for two I had to pay $60 more. They informed me that I had a twin bed and a sofa the sofa was molded. It look like they picked it up out of the wet basement floor and set it up in the room it's on as you walk in. It was not worth $285 today for one night. I felt that they were a surprise because it was Labor Day weekend. I wish I can find someway to get my money back.
The pictures look one way but the room was terrible it look like a hotel where prostitutes and drug addict come to stay for the night.

Great location right at the Bourne Bridge rotary. The price was ok...too much for this property, but lower than other places around. The linens were clean.
The tv was analog only and didn't get reception. The bedside lamp didn't work. The breakfast was not that great. Too humid for the cereal to sit in the self dispense bins...was stale and stuck. There was no milk. The rest of the food was other processed stuff. Good for grabbing a quick bagel or bowl of packet oatmeal.
