Absolutely nothing

My stay here was absolutely horrible the people above us were so loud and obnoxious and we made several complaints nothing was done . Second day I asked to be moved and young lady was assaulted three door downs . I asked for refund for all the issues guy said “he would get back “ there out take on domestic violence was sickening. Do not recommend this places

Stay cheap and get what you get

Location was within walking distance of restaurants, activities near by and grocery stores. Price was decent, cheaper compared to other hotels in the area.

Walls are much too thin. The neighbors we’re enjoying themselves all night long. One of the nights it sounded like there was a fight in the parking lot at 3 am. Bedding- only 2 pillows on the bed when asked that night the front desk told us we would have to wait til the housekeeper got in in the morning. There was also cigarette burns in the bedding but overall everything was cleaned and laundered.

Nothing didn't even stay there

My check in time was 3 but at 1:45 the tried to charge my card which I made my reservation to pay when I get there. So the payment was declined because I keep my card locked. So I called and they said the canceled my reservation when it was only 1:45 and I temind you check in ain't till 3. I have been to this hotel a couple of times already since we are from east moline ill this was very bad and unprofessional

Good value for short visits. Near our family so we may stay again when we come to visit.

We were both able to get non smoking rooms on the first level. The facility we clearly in the process of being updated. The rooms were clean and adequate for our short stay. They seemed to be having problems with the room keys. We has to reset one of the keys several times. The staff was friendly and helpful during this process and worked to immediately solve the problem.

One of the rooms smelled like someone had a pet in there at some point. It worked out as my mother choose that room and she has no sense of smell. The AC broke in the second room. They were all booked but offered a discount for the trouble. They did the best that they could and were apologetic and friendly.

Need a update on beds as well as better housekeepers

The water pressure n the price.

The bed had an indention on one side of the bed there was feces smeared in the bathroom walls there was dogs barking at 12:00 to 2:00 in the morning those doors slamming and people talking outside the door to about 4:00 in the morning ....rm218

My review is. Disturbing, and a rating of a 2. Due to great coffee.

Location

House keeping, short staffed. Was not apologetic anger at me for asking why? The manager had to come and clean after hours. He was not happy, he could only make the bed he said would send he would house to finishing the cleaning in the moorning because he had get back at the front desk.He ask me if I could stand at the front desk to let me know if any guest came to the desk. I am a guest with a disable son. I requested a weekly rate. He told since I paid for two days day I could not get the weekly fee. Next, said Bob the manager. Because my disable son had to be close the doctor. I paid to stay. Next the rooms were very smokey, we had to be changed from room 126 to 109. With no assistance from the staff. the ghost staff. My Son is in a wheelchair. I pushed from one room to other. Then had leave alone to retrieve our luggage. They were unapologetic. Sad. I was told this place was smoke free. Everyone was smoking outside quest windows. Last but not least the room was cold at night. Due to broken heater fan. No assistance there. To repair the heater.

Do not stay here!

Room was clean but had a damaged floor.

CONSTANT music playing making walls shake through middle of the night. I contacted the front desk and they were no help.
