y’all need to update the bathroom shower floor and all towels and rags

the bathroom shower was broken the towels were nasty the rags was was nasty the base boards were dirty and falling off

Didn't stay no staff available for check in

No one was at the desk or answered the phone when we went to check in. We had to find another hotel and pay twice as much because they weren't available.

Good place to stay for Lakemont park. Only a short drive to the park

Pool not operational first room was in the middle of a construction company renting the whole section . Duct tape in bathtub .I guess to repair it ??

The best part was the price

We got the 2 queen bed, room. Wasn't filthy but Wasn't very clean either. There were 4 towls and only 1 wash cloth. In the shower, with the hot water turned up all the way.... it was barely warm enough to shower

I did not enjoy having to pay TWICE, as your service did not work, I DO NOT LIKE TO PAY TWICE !!!

Booking.com was a SCAM!!, Had to pay for the room at the motel as my BOOKING DID NOT WORK, I WILL NOT EVER USE YOUR SERVICE AGAIN!!!

The room was spacious.

The pool was closed. And there was no reason why. There was no coffee in the rooms you had to go to the main building. The coffee was horrible.

The price was alluring, but at what cost?

The room was clean.

The floor in the bathroom was giving out. The shower was cleaned poorly. The faucet for the shower was coming out of the wall. This motel charges crazy prices for things normally include with the stay in a room. For example renting an in Iron and ironing board and an added charge for a blow dryer. The pool was advertised but was not open for use. The parking lot needs work.

I would rather sleep on the streets with bums on a cardboard box in the middle of Calcutta

I didn't like any of it except for the easy to access wifi

The place is a complete dump....it was dirty and in shambles.....it was dirt clogged inside of the air-conditioning unit.....the towels were dirty.....and the made you leave a $100 dollar deposit on top of the payment for the room.....this was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in the history of the world

The most uncomfortable stay I have ever had-people should know that this may be an unsafe place.

The check in process was okay. The man was polite. He said we had a smoking room. I said we did not want that, but he said he was unable to change it. Once we saw the room, and experienced the smell, my husband stopped by the office to see if maybe a non smoking room opened up. He said he would let us know. The sign said they had rooms available. We did get a call from a woman who was his supervisor, and she said she could give us a non smoking room. I thanked her.

Very seedy area. Signs everywhere to lock your car, and we heard car alarms going off during the night. Odd behaviors outside several rooms. It was not just old, it needed repairs and to be deep cleaned. The plaster on the bathroom wall had a large portion missing. Hair on the bathroom towels. Overall, an unpleasant experience.

Worst Hotel experience ever

Nothing to like about this place and their is hardly anyone at the front desk. And the room needs work the paint was pealing and baseboards was coming off and like painted behind baseboards and if you go into the bathroom the drywall is falling apart and the shower is set up for a short person under 5'5'' if you're taller must take a shower on your knees. This place was a joke I wouldn't recommend going here or even give them a single dollar. And their heater didn't even work blow out cold air and couldn't get anyone at the front desk to tell them about it. And then I found some bugs that were in their so I kept all my stuff out of the room and never slept and kept trying to get someone at the desk but never got any assistance.

great clean bed for a simple night stay.

clean comfortable bed. no towels and only got one when we called. they did bring another in the AM. very nice staff and a good low cost night stay. the maid needs to clean under the sink cabinet or spray paint it as it was gross but the beds were very comfy and clean as was the floors. I'd stay again but bring my own towels.

it’s alright. don’t like that i had to put a $100 deposit and a fee was taking out

close to stores.

on the website it says $109 a night i go in and they say there is $100 deposit i said it doesn’t say that on the website. then they take a $70 fee for when we check out if it’s clean and in good condition in 24 hours we’ll get it back. it’s been 24 hours and i still have not got my money back.

AM Coffee very weak. Need to get better coffee cups. Small expense to make customers happy. Leave another roll of toilet paper in room if only less than half roll left.
