No Best Western for me again.

I cannot respond to anything positive. I had to wait for someone to come to the front desk when I arrived to check in and then when I checked out, no one was there to get a hard copy of my bill, there was a drop off box for your room cards, wow how convenient!

The desk and nightstands were dirty and stained, floor was sticky, the guest beside me was loud and smoked and left cigarette butt cups on the railing of the outside landing, just downright disgusting. I am a clean professional military veteran and respect all, but this was just sad and disappointing.

they supplied a list of delivery resteraunts as well as places to dine in. Perfect halfway location for our trip. we will be staying there again!

Won’t be staying here again.

Breakfast was good, room was pretty big and clean.

Doors to lobby were locked when we first got there. Person at the front desk couldn’t find our room key so he had to let us into our room with a master key. That meant someone always had to stay in the room or we would get locked out. Staffed unlocked room and tried to enter while we were inside. Then they ran away instead of apologizing. My son and wife were shook up because they thought someone was trying to break in.

Pleasant

Good location. There is a lot of service near by.

The breakfast was very limited. Lots of stuff missing every morning. The pool was closed but the staff had access to the pool with their family but not us under the heatwave. We’ve asked several time for new towels and never got new ones. We had to ask 3 times to the front desk. The staff looks lazy and unorganized. There was a lot of strange people coming thru the hotel parking lot.

Not worth the money

Room was clean. King bed, and easy access to the car.

Tiny bathroom. Needs updated. Paint peeling, no cover over the tank to toilet. Breakfast was gone when we got there at 830. So overall, for price it wasn't worth it.

Disappointing

Good location & friendly Staff. comfortable bed & ablutions.

The room smelt strongly of cigarette smoke. Breakfast was very limited. The doorway to the room was a little grubby.

This was a great addition to my experience in vermont.

The breakfast was delicious- thank you Anthony! There was a lovely kitty who followed us around when we were outside. He is a boss cat.

There was a walmart behind and a guy was screaming all night. Kinda funny but also loud

no parking in front of my room - just grease - had to park in front of different rooms - had to carry my gear it was kind of cold

Warm. Comfy beds, nice to have microwave and fridge. Also having lots of outlets and charging spots.

The choices for breakfast were nice to wake up to. The food was hot and tasty, thanks!

There was no waffle mix this time (probably supply chain). Hate to mention that a welcome mat inside the door would help. Dirt gets tracked in onto the floor, noticed once in bare feet.

WORST NIGHT SPENT ANYWHERE AND A COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY!

There was little to nothing that we liked about this hotel, the jetted tub was nice for relaxing but came with its own downfalls. The jets were rattling and loud, the platform was more dangerous than useful.

The comfort of the room was very lacking, it felt cold and empty. The small refrigerator was left open and took almost 5 hours to recycle which meant we lost some food that we placed in there at the start of our visit. The noise level was BEYOND anything I have ever experienced at a hotel, it was disruptive and disturbing as the couple in the next room spent most of the late night hours screaming (like getting attacked screaming), yelling at each other, and high pitched laughing. I called the front desk 4 times and no one answered the phone, when I spoke with the General Manager he offered no sort of refund which I expected since I made it very clear that I would NEVER stay at his hotel again he instead offered to make my stay extra special if I ever decided to return.

nice enough but for the price, the wife would prefer to go somewhere she feels more respected by staff.

the room was amazingly clean. very nice. smelled good. well maintained and super comfortable.

for the price we paid, i was hoping the towels would’ve been a little less stiff and the breakfast bar wasn’t so bland. I also didn’t think we would be being questioned as to WHY we wanted a hotel room in our own town. that was rather rude and not a great way to start our anniversary. the wife’s feelings were hurt at this, she feels our business should be our own.

It's ok

Steve has customer service down to a science. The place is old but they updated it. Bed was comfortable and it was close to where we were going for the holiday as well as stores if you needed anything.

The section we stayed was butted up against the Pricd Chopper and a few other stores. So Thanksgiving early morning a truck was park close to the side of the lot with music blaring at 3:20ish am. But it only gets better, Our room was a corner room, you have to open a door which opened in to a small hallway I guess you could call it. Our door was behind the open door and the other guest was to the left. This created a sound chamber. We get back from Thanksgiving dinner and was awakened by the guest next door being loud. This was around 11pm, but that was minor. Then I was awakened at 1:51am by a couple outside the window being very loud seemed they may have overindulge, they were smoking so it was filtering into our room, or they were smoking in their's and seeping through the adjoining door to their room. Which this is not the same door to the mini sound chamber. So as I mentioned there is a door behind the stand housing the mini fridge and microwave. Fast forward to 2:05am, now they sound like a herd of elephants stomping around the room. It was so bad that I could hear ever part of their conversation and if that was not bad enough que porno sound track at 2:12am, omg, oh yeah etc. etc. Not very happy! Very little sleep Thanksgiving night. Do not take room 144 or 145 as they are in the corner and again share the same entry way. As for 144 it has an adjoining door to 143 which we were not made aware of. The guests next to us in 143 didn't get into their room until around 6pm Thanksgiving night, how do I know this, as said could hear everything. So the night before it was not bad or at least not until the truck at 3:20am. No sense in calling the front desk about anything as not much could have been done. Luckily pornfest was very short lived! Manged to a total of 4 to 5 hours of sleep after being woken up three times. Stay out of the corner and the rooms along the Price Chopper parking lot.

Check in for family not with the registered guest at time of check in could have been handled MUCH more intelligently and helpfully.

Considering the price paid, I would have expected more.

Our room was supposed to be nonsmoking. The room smelled heavily of smoke. There was minimal toilet paper. For an average quality roadway motel, the room charge was $440 for one night, not a good value in my opinion.
