I liked that it was on the boardwalk
I can’t say there was anything I didn’t like

Location. View. Helpful employees.
Bright light on every oceanfront balcony. Not comfortable to sit out at night. Can't turn it off. Air conditioning very loud. Refrigerator is so compact with sections in the door that nothing fit in. Barely enough room for a few sodas.

Location and space
Could’ve been cleaner. Dog print stain on sheets, sliding doors were brown on inside, curtains had either stain or mold on them. Had house keeping once over the course of 5 days. Few things were broken. Elevator got stuck.

On the boardwalk. Parking was great. Jacuzzi in room. Large balcony.
Some thing we're in need of maintenance. Sliding door latch was broken. Toilet would only flush if you held down the lever. Mini fridge leaked and was off balance. A small covering on the wall kept falling off.

The maintenance men were super helpful and so quick to help with the issues that came up in our room. The view was beautiful and the giant tub in the room was a wonderful plus!
Not many places to let my puppy go potty for grass areas, but she enjoyed all of her walks up and down the streets to find a good spot to go :)

The elevators were very rough and the beds were extremely uncomfortable

Room 606 ocean view. The large spa tub was difficult for my older parents to use. The ONLY down side was not being able to keep the slider open to the ocean because of people on the balcony smoking week. It was horrible.
It is a NO smoking facility and apparently some people do not realize that means drugs as well. Could not communicate with house keeping because they did not speak or understand english.

Very convenient location. Amazing views

The staff! The front desk lady (i have forgotten her name but she had colored hair) she was awesome! we had great conversations, she was exceedingly helpful as we were booking last minute, she even remembered previous conversations we had and would follow up each day we seen her. Amazing work.
I believe my poor perception of the hotel itself, is simply a reflection of Ocean City as a whole. The amount that was paid for four night stay I thought was reasonable, until we got to the room to realize that it was a very lack luster. The beds were hard and uncomfortable, the room was extremely outdated, (to be fair, it seems as if nothing in Ocean City has been updated anyways). Unfortunately, I believe I will be keeping my beach vacations to my southern beaches, where, for the same price as what we paid for four days we'd get an entire week at Myrtle with updated and newer looking accommodations. Once again, not really sure if this is a fair review of the hotel as it looked as if OC, Maryland as a whole has been through the wringer since I had been here as a kid.

The best thing was location , that actually covered the unpleasant things. At the time we were there the elevator was out of order for a few hours , the swimming pool was out of order and closed.
When we called and asked if the hotel is pet friendly , they said yes but they didn't tell us by the law we cannot take our dog to the boardwalk or beach.

Location was perfect to the beach and board walk access!
Room is smaller and the bed sheets cleaning is not perfect, we found some lipsticks on the bed sheets (we were not sure if it was changed or not). The balcony doors looks older. The room TV was not working!

Very clean room. Sandra and Jose were the cleaners. Very friendly front desk Megan and Leo. Our first room air didn’t work Leo changed the room immediately. Much better room with very cold air. Nice balcany over seeing the boardwalk and ocean. Would def stay here again.
Supplying coffee in morning other then the one cup pot in room. And more sugar. Only one 1/2 teaspoon to each packet. Sandra was great at giving me extra.

The women at the front desk were so down to earth and accommodating. The room was clean, the view was great. No noise after 11. Close to restaurants.

the staff was so friendly, day shift, night shift all so nice. The hotel is right on the boardwalk you can sit on the sofa and just look out at the ocean. I like the fact that they have tile floors in the rooms and not stained nasty carpeting.

Nice ocean front view. Clean spacious room.
The elevator is slow.

Location is nice
The restaurant was closed and the elevators are terrifying but it was an adventure

Needs cleaned up, especially the lobby is your first impression…Not a good one. carpets in hallways looked like dog stained(?), not sure if that’s the case but dirty anyway.
Needs updated, painted, carpets replaced, unsafe carpet in our room, wasn’t laying flat, patio door didn’t lock, rusty, bar to lock door broken. Elevator shook and was scarier going to the 8th floor. Didn’t know if we’d be safe riding in the lift.

Definitely needs to be renovated and I strongly dislike that they allow dogs (even in the restaurant connected to the hotel, yuck!) Soooo many dogs and we heard a dog barking early in the morning.

I thought the staff was friendly. The hotel was clean. Location was perfect. I liked that they had their own restaurant in side the hotel. I liked that they were dog friendly. I would definitely stay again.
