Pretty good except a guy with an exceedingly loud motorcycle.

Did not have breakfast.

Great quiet location - fair value.

Great convenient location and clean room.

Horrid pillows! Hundreds of cigarette butts littering ground just outside or room. No light above bathroom sink.

Great location, easy access, fast check and check out. Friendly staff.

There was a disturbance from one the guests at 3am, tried calling front desk several times and no one answered. The phone in the room wasn’t working and should’ve been removed. Room could be cleaner.

The front desk staf was friendly and helpful . THe condition of our room compared to other rooms I could see were open was nasty . Our rug was stained and not vacuumed . The bath tub had residue, grime and nasty black old soap stains . It was so bad we wore shower slides to take a shower and there looked like blood stains on the sheets . Some rooms had been updated but empty . I don’t see why we could not have a decent room when they were available. Poor customer service and I feel we were given the

I didn't like motel 6 telling me The other adult in my party needed to be present for me to check in. Please stop booking ppl for Motel 6 in Lakeland Fl. I filed a complaint with motel 6. The property then canceled my reservation.

Unpleasant check in process; disappointing room.

Did not stay; requested cancellation right after check in process. Upon entry to room- door handle 'fell off' on first pull. Front desk person was sharp, abrupt, & augmentative. He was 'very loud' with personal information in crowded lobby. Shouted my name, room number, and credit card information- where everyone could hear-despite been given the information written for his eyes only. There was water dripping over room entry way & was told they were booked so no other room was available to transfer to. Very unpleasant check in process. Only positive was speedy refund of monies spent on reservation- refunded back to my credit card.

It was a stay...

The bathroom was nice but not enough towels.

There were gnats in the room and we couldn't sleep comfortably so we slept on top of the spread.

the area close to many things , clean , reapectful person at front desk was an amazing , he spoke to us and as we waited 2 hours for a uber he let us sit in the lobby , room was clean and comfortable
