A dirty hotel.

This hotel was not exceptionally expensive. It was located near to some restaurants. The staff were friendly enough. About 30 minutes from the National park.

No reliable internet. A large cockroach in the bathroom area. When leaving we found a cigarette butt by the nightstand. Just a poor place all around.

They have CAMERA'S in the rooms, and the manager was very, very rude. The breakfast wasn't great and they would go into your room when you weren't there. I highly recommend you NOT staying there it's not worth it!!! We will NEVER stay there anymore.

Not a fancy hotel but great service and good price for the area.

The location is great for Carlesbad Caverns. Check-in / check -out were easy and quick. I was getting a few muffins to take with me in the car instead of sitting down. The owner provided packaging so I could more easily take them and offered me additional food items.

The internet connection to the TV did not have enough bandwidth and would have lags in streaming. Later in the evening, it completely stopped working.

Very good

Everything went smooth. Fast check-in, standard amenities and got a few recommendations for places to eat.

The breakfast was a little too sugar-y for my taste and the amount of disposable plastic was too much...

Worth the price

Nice location, near downtown. Big room with armchairs. Breakfast included in the price. Very friendly and helpful guy at reception.

Breakfast could have been better. No toilet brush.

Got bit up by something in the beds. Checked out after being there for only 2hrs. Showed the guy at the desk all the bites but s couldn't even get a refund.

plenty of parking

staff was rude. worst breakfast i ever saw, all they have served is toast, waffles, instant peach juice, and milk and cereal, no eggs or fruits or anything. AC unit in the room was loud. mattresses and pillows are super uncomfortable and hard as a rock. washers and dryers are very old and not clean at all. Morning of my checkout staff kept knocking on my door asking if I’m leaving at 8am. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Rude service good sleep

Beds were actually comfortable and the restroom is a nice size.

the owner or the representative that works there the older man is completely and utterly rude. He literally hurt my hand when he opened the slide window opening for my DL it was late at night probably 2 am he was in Pijamas. and was just Rude, he came up to the door at 2min before 11am to leave basically. never again.

Close to the Caverns which made the next morning very convenient.

Close to 2 National Parks, good size, bed big and comfy. Owner loaned me a coffee pot for my stay. The cleaning ladies emptied garbage and gave me clean towels daily.

Exceptional

I liked the big, soft, King sized bed. The room was large, and included a mini kitchen. That saved me a lot of money. The grounds were fairly quiet during the day, no disruptive travelers, I really liked that.

Some of the furniture was older, but the pluses outweighed the minuses, just for me.
