We stopped on the way home from Virginia and I would certainly stay there again.

Room was a bit outdated, but very clean.

Bed was a bit uncomfortable, but I still slept.

Very good

Rooms are always clean. Everyone is very nice. Motel is within walking distance to several restaurants. We stay here frequently. You can't beat the price for a comfortable, if dated, room.

Things were mostly as expected from reading reviews. A very nice clean room at an excellent price!!

Everything was clean. Shower was hot with good water pressure. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Tv was a nice size flat screen. Fridge was a good size.

No breakfast, although it said there was when I booked. The heat was either too hot or too cool, no happy medium.

We were not able to finish our stay due to a sudden medical issue that we needed to get home for. Check in staff was extremely nice and understanding. We did not ask for any money back even though we were there only 2 hours.

The facility was clean and seemed comfortable for a one night stay but really needs to be updated at this price.

Great location for what we had to do. Food places great and so happy the Harley dealer was so close.

Overall we were content with our accommodations and would stay there again.

The room was clean and comfortable. I appreciated being able to bring my dog. The owner/manager was the only staff I saw but he was very friendly and accommodating. It was just across the street from several good restaurants which was very convenient. It was quiet this time of year and that suited us just fine being seniors. It also fit our budget!

The WiFi was not adequate to reach our room - not even halfway to our room. Although I did not intend to spend a lot of time online, I would have liked to be able to study a map on my laptop to the places we wanted to visit since I can't get an overall picture on a small cell phone screen. A suggestion that would be good for seniors like us, is a grab bar by the toilet since the toilet was too low to get up from! [We call it "kindergarten size".] Or maybe a higher toilet! But we managed even with a laugh or two.

Great value for the price and CLEAN.

I've stayed in many hotels/motels, both independent and chain. My husband and I were in the area for a fishing weekend and just wanted a cheap place to sleep for one night. The owner was very nice and the room was immaculately clean. Comfy bed, microwave and fridge for $60...unreal. We'll definitely stay here again.

The shower was tricky to turn on...I had to go ask at the desk. But once we got it, it was fine!

Room was comfortable, just very noisy.

The room was clean and the beds were fine. The issue was the noise. The car haulers going in and out all night were xtremely noisy.

Exceptional

Rooms are large and clean. Staff is friendly and welcoming. I make this my stop between Ohio and New Jersey.

If you're looking for high end, this isn't it. The building and rooms are a blast from the past (which is one of the other thing that I love about it).

Good spot for an overnight

Clean cheap warm and comfy with great wifi, comfy beds and hot showers.

Should have salted the lot. Fell on ice getting to the car. Not injured.

My husband and grandson had a great stay at the Budget Host Inn, Sumerset; and will come again.

A very clean, comfortable, warm room with all excellent condition necessities. Very friendly proprietors who accommodated our late evening arrival.

No negatives.

Perfect for what we needed

Simple, clean, comfortable. Not a fancy thing about this place. Just what we needed for an overnight. Check in was easy with a very friendly lady.

Although the room was a little dated, the cleanliness of facilities was great. Front desk was friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. Nice Diner next door.

The cable TV was not HD but, I was not there to watch TV.

I’d stay again.

It was scrupulously clean. The owner addressed a small problem immediately. It’s right off the highway, with plenty of places to eat nearby.

It’s an older property, but has been well cared for.
