Nothing. Please do not stay here. Please listen to all of the reviews and book a hostel. Or sleep in your car.
$100 deposit for a crappy room??? $100 was almost 3x what I paid for the room to begin with!
I had already stayed at the Mardi Gras Inn several months ago and left a bad review for the state of my room, the cleanliness, and the overall vibe that left me insistent that I would not return. But upon leaving this review, the property responded by insisting they were under new management, had updated their bedding, and had fired some staff who may have been responsible for the hotel's uncleanliness. I was absolutely willing to give it another chance.
The deposit was not this much the last time I stayed here. I was honestly shocked, because there is no way my experience was $100 worthy. I can forgive the state of a lot when the price matches, but this felt entirely too steep, especially considering my last stay. The lobby hasn't changed and so this left me concerned with how much the rooms had gone through as far as a make over.
So I left. Bonus was that the room was completely non-refundable (of course it was) and so I was out that money. Found the St. Charles Inn, for $80, that includes a $25 deposit that was refunded immediately, upon check out.
Please trust the reviews, guys!

Room and location (close to French Quarter).
The air conditioner was leaking in the room. There was a sheet on the floor to absorb the water. Could have been a potential hazard.

We always enjoy our stay at olde town inn, As we are regulars and this place is our go to.. i do have to mention, that the past 2 stays we have noticed a major change in atmosphere. The employees seem to enjoy working there, and it shows... the rooms are much cleaner.. common areas are nice and clean and inviting.. property maintenance seems to be making a major improvement as well.. keep up the good work!

There was no breakfast. Location was ok...only plus was private parking
They show completely DIFFERENT rooms then what you are getting. Walls weren't finished, the ceiling was showing signs of caving in. The only plus ill say is that was clean. It was just disappointing to see how awful the actual room looked.

really enjoyed our stay at the old town inn, comfortable spacious rooms, staff were helpful, good location to walk/transport to French quarter
Wish my review could of been 10/10 but unfortunately I was over charged more then $100 for a night we did not even stay and promised a refund immediately after departure been trying to get in contact with staff through multiple platforms regarding the refund I was promised and they have failed to return a single email/call which is very disappointing and unprofessional
Considering we enjoyed our stay and would of been thrilled to give a perfect review

It was near French Quarter restaurants and events.
Microwave did not work and was dirty. Refrigerator was also dirty. Had to tell them there was no trash bin nor enough towels. Windows were blacked out. Lock on door did not work.
