Everything was amazing. Chris and MaryAnn were so helpful, and the room was lovely and very comfortable. We loved the decor and enjoyed the beautiful back garden area. We would highly recommend this Inn for a stay in New Orleans.

We loved the location and we could walk to french quarters, the market across the street for a few groceries, Walgreens is a block away and we loved the local book store/coffee shop that was a few feet away. The room was clean and it was nice sitting in the outdoor patio area that was only available for guests. Great place to stay.
The only thing we didn't like was not having any way to get ice for our water bottles. There also was nothing near by to just get a little bit at a time.

Great location that felt in the mix but not too touristy. We were right on a parade route which made for a really fun evening. Definitely lively. Beds were comfy too.

Everything about my stay was fantastic. Elegant, yet cozy digs with a huge comfy bed, control of AC unit, plenty of ambient lighting and adjustable curtains, secure door and lock, great shower pressure, yummy tea and coffee, fast and reliable wifi for work, Google screen for playing my white noise at night and podcasts in the morning, I could go on - just instantly felt at home and taken care of.
And the location! Steps from Frenchman and all the live jazz, pralines, begnetes, brunch food, art stalls and po boys I could ask for. Felt safe and secure and loved exploring this homey, slightly less boozy neighborhood (aka not the Quarter or Bourbon St) - yet walkable to EVERYTHING fun. I'm so coming back :)
Nothing to say here. Truly. I feel the impeccable experience warrants the price tag!

Location and amenities
Was a little noisy from the street traffic

This place is a great location for exploration of the the Marigny neighborhood or the French Quarters. All you need is within walking distance. Felt safe and secure during our visit and explored by foot all the neighbors. Will most likely return and stay here again.
Some loud local party noise at night but it was short lived and not really a distraction.

convenient location to French quarter but with the quiet of a residential neighborhood
landscaping needed a bit of trimming but everything else was perfect

The apartment was very spacious, very clean and the bed was huge. Plus we had a good coffee maker and coffee available. The staff was incredibly nice and flexible and loved the little messages left for the guests.
At first it felt a bit odd/unsafe to have a door straight towards the road but it was surprisingly calm and quiet apart from some noises.

The owners were exceptional with their customer service. When I arrived later that afternoon/early evening, the room had not been cleaned. One message later and they were on it. And because of that one little hiccup, they treated me to dinner. You can't ask for better customer service. They also have a nice courtyard area with an ornamental fish pond, sitting areas, lush plants and a hot tub.
There wasn't anything negative that wasn't easily fixed with a simple text message. If you have a problem, just let them know and they'll try their best to resolve it. It is an older property. So if you're expecting five star resort accommodations or treatment, then you should be staying elsewhere anyway. Honestly, I gave it a 9 out of 10 just partially because of the initial dirty room and then because sometimes people think 10 ratings are bogus. Sure, the stay may have started off as a 5 or 6 just walking into a dirty room, but after the owners took care of it, it was easily a 9 or 10 star stay. I'd stay here again for sure.

Beautiful garden, lovely room, great location.
Not much that I didn't like but I could always use a discount.

Perfect location. Close enough to walk to Frenchmen st. without the noise. Starbucks, restaurants, drugstore and restaurants nearby. Host has a binder full of recommendations.

This place is amazing! So beautiful and welcoming! The bed is so comfortable! The owners are amazing and friendly! The room was perfect for my husband and myself! The location was perfect walking distance to the French Quarter! They also have multiple tea options in the room and a little postcard you can use!
The gardens were also so beautiful! The only place I will stay from now on!
Nothing at all! Everything was perfect!

Location ok. Accommodation is quirky and comfortable. Bed and pillows fabulous.
Water pressure is poor. Not a lot of privacy in bedroom from window.

Joshua was a great host and very responsive and helpful to me when I needed some urgent medical care. Fun coffee shops, book store, and food/wine market are all within 5 minutes walk.
Traffic noise.

Cute little room. Authentic NOLA!!! Close to the Ruby Slipper for yummy breakfast. Very well stocked room. Hosts even accommodated our last minute additional traveler. Wish I could have used the cute courtyard and hot tub but not enough time. We had a great stay!!

Great location! The hosts are fantastic communicators and very friendly. The room was very clean and big. You are so close to everything from this spot,. 8 min walk to Frenchmen street, 15 min walk to French Quarter, 20 mins walk to the Bywater!
It was a little noisy at night with big trucks going by but rather than that it was perfect!

Lovely house. The backyard area was spectacular. I would recommend this place to anyone. The owner should be very proud of this place. It's furnished and taken care of very well.
