Best place we have stayed in New England

Everything! The Inn is absolutely beautiful. We stayed in CrowsNest - very comfortable and roomy. Sleep sofa and den area, breakfast area. King size bed was very comfortable. Shower was amazing and very enjoyable after a day at the private beach. Professional,personable and helpful staff. Breakfast delicious

Nothing. Wish we could have stayed longer than a weekend but will definitely be back

I loved the ocean stay . Wish I could have stayed longer.

The Breakfast was amazing. My daughter and I sat outside eating our breakfast and viewing the ocean and its beauty. However the separate facilities was difficult to find and absorbed some of our vacation time. Prices variate and lead to confusion.

Beautiful grounds and relaxing atmosphere, staff were nice

The beds were very uncomfortable, you can only swim until 8pm, there are no staff on after 8, there were no breakfast menus to see what is offered, the price was to high for the Mariners hide away room. The room was very small, with minimal amenities. No smoking area and if you did smoke they can charge you a $500 fine, they only give you one key per room so it's hard to do things separately. Did not feel like a resort

Good

The Inn is beautiful and quaint. Grounds are meticulously kept. Staff was very attentive and kind. Breakfast was good and the proximity and access to the beach was perfect!

The bed in our room was very uncomfortable. The sleeper sofa was much more comfortable.

The heated outdoor pool; the staff was fantastic; the breakfast was lovely

Night away with my mother

Breakfast was ok. Coffee good

The only thing I would ask - I had a elderly mother with me and bed was really high and tub was too deep for her. They did bring a stool for bed. But hard for older person.

Breakfast was repetitive, a little more variety would have been nice, but overall great. The weather did not cooperate so we could not use thee pool or beach

It was peaceful and quiet. Exactly what I needed.

The breakfast was included each morning . Very clean and plentiful.

I wish there was coffee in the room. Also, a lot of stairs to carry luggage up and down.

It was an awesome time regardless the weather we had that weekend. We made the best of it!

I liked how nice the property was and how friendly everyone was.

The only thing I didn't like was it felt like we were walking into someone's home every time we would go back to the room for the evening. But it was awesome and everyone was friendly and helpful. I wish the pool was available when we stayed as well as the weather being a little better to use the pool or go to the beach while we were in the area.

Stay away

The exterior building is gorgeous

The room is not worth the money. The jetted tub would not hold water. They closed the pool on our second day there. Showed up for breakfast and was told they only had a few pastries left at 9:00am. I proposed to my girlfriend on the weekend I was there and this was not a good memorable stay. Especially for spending $1300 for 2 nights. I wish I would have stuck with my gut and stayed at a holiday inn because there rooms are just as nice and a 1/3 of the cost.
