Great value for excellent room

Overall the stay was pleasant.

Waffle machine was done. The breakfast I ate was pretty good. The location was ok, I felt safe overall.

I couldn't watch t.v, the internet say it wasn't working even though I put in code they gave me at front desk. I didn't have an iron or ironing board. Didn't have a soap rack, if one of the canisters hanging up was soap, it wasn't labeled.

The swimming pool was decent and beds comfortable but not worth the live bugs.

Breakfast was lacking. Life roach about 2 inches long fell off the ceiling onto the bed with my kids and we had to hurry and pack and leave. I was told I would receive a refund in person but when I followed up, I was told I got a 10% discount for my next stay (that will never happen). Room 156

Great place.

So this hotel did not disappoint at all,the staff was very helpful,the bed was so comfy didn't want to get up,the room was clean.

Amazing! We would definitely stay again!

The motel has been recently remodeled. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff was very accommodating and wanted to make sure our stay was good.

There’s nothing I didn’t like. It totally exceeded our expectations.

Maybe consider it after renovation completed

Must be at the very beginning of undergoing renovation. Dirty, smelly. Not everything was there….. But a new mattress and clean bedding.

It looked like some remodeling was going on which is needed but clientele was less than desired.

The workers could care less, and the room was not the cleanest. The hotel key did not work. I watched a hooker pick up a guy in the lobby, the was what looked like $hit on the bathroom wall behind the door, t.v. channels didn't work, the microwave kept beeping, no cups for coffee or coffee pot, but had coffee, no sweeping, 1 towel, gaps in the door, half roll toilet paper- that is pushing it, plug in for phones on lamps didn't work. Pool closed.

We were extremely tired and had to wait almost an hour before entering our room. After 16 hours of driving, we ate a co

Access to hwy 75, reasonable rates, breakfast. The staff did their best to attend to our needs.

Usually, we get ground floor room but this time we were given one on the second floor. We are both elderly and have physical limitations. I specifically asked for a ground floor room with adjacent parking. We were given a second floor room, with one king bed when we asked for two double beds. We changed rooms to the adjacent one. The appliances were not working as they were unplugged and the tv remote was missing. The tv volume could not be adjusted on the remote or the tv. The air conditioning worked well, but the fan could not be adjusted. There was a problem with the key cards that took additional time to correct. The mirror had remnants of markers on it.

Staff was nice!

The main areas and stairs smelled like urine. The hotel was filthy. Floors of the room were stained and didn't look mopped, towels were clean but stained. Overall the room looked filthy. The hotel was ongoing renovations. A new coat of paint, new beds, sheets, towels and a good power wash of the main areas would make a world of a difference.

A great place to lay your head

Convenient location, nice room, very clean, and the staff was very friendly.

The only thing I did not like was I could hear the people in the room next to me and the room above me, other than that, my stay at Baymont Inn & Suites was perfect, and I look forward to staying there again. I highly recommend them.

The price and location.

When I entered the room there was no toilet paper. There were no clothes hangers. The television wasn't working. The sheets were stained. The toilet didn't refill the next morning. There was no breakfast to speak of: no hot water, no coffee, no waffle batter and no milk.

2 ice machines, both out of service not enough electrical outlets to plug lamps, clock, microwave. room was sparsely clean and supplied Quite a few sketchy characters living there , on weekly rates.

Convenient location wouldn’t recommend stay unless have other choice

Check in staff was polite and professional. The young man on night shift was helpful as well. The only good thing was location.

the morning staff was rude and non helpful. Housekeeping could definitely be better. Room smelled and floor visible dirty! The refrigerator smelled like spoiled milk and didn’t even work!

My room was gross and the toilet was broken. The front desk dude was COMPLETELY unprofessional and because of that I will not stay at any Baymont any more.
