Abysmal

I was overcharged. There was no breakfast and I was still charged the same price. When I reached, the staff at the reception informed me they were undergoing construction because of Helene.

Overall, the stay was just what I needed. However, the property could use some updates & improvement

The location was great, and staff was very polite and helpful. Many restaurants and shopping were within walking distance of the property.

The biggest disappointment was the bathroom. The bathtub was either dirty, stained, or in need of reglazing. Either way, the bathtub was not inviting to use at all. This made the whole room feel unclean!

Glad it was only one night.

Bed was comfortable. Other than that not much.

Dingy, smelled of dank, weed. It was a $75 hotel that charged $150. Should be embarrassed they are charging that much for average accommodations.

The staff was friendly but I will never stay here again

If you call cereal and oranges a real breakfast then no, that’s not a real breakfast.

The bed was super uncomfortable because the springs on the bed coming out. The bathroom tub was not clean. The floor by the entrance & bathroom sink was very sticky like it hasn’t been mopped so we laid towels down on that part of the floor. One of our pillows had some sort of nasty stain on it. It’s a good thing we took the pillow case off of it. The front desk attendant tried to make it better by replacing it after we complained about it but I was already over it at that point

It was alright second time going won’t be back.

The location was decent

The shower was dirty and shower head sucked, the sink was dirty, under the sink was moldy, there was a few stains on the sheets. And just the over all building next a major upgrade.

Pleasant but not the highest end hotel I’ve stayed in.

The price was good and fairly comfortable

It is in need of renovation. Carpet had stain like something was spilled or threw up and not cleaned. Hallway had a smell like a nursing home. Definitely dated property

Married couple vacation.

It was close to the mall and food places.

They over charged my card several times and it left me with no spending money. I have to wait 3 to 5 business days for me to get my money back. The guy at the first desk did not know what he was doing when it came time for him to take the money from my debit card. The first room was dirty the fridge was not clean it was food left in the microwave from the last guest. They had to change my room.

The location and it's way better than the. (Midtown LA Quinta which is run down and rooms were not cleaned and it was a lot of strange looking people walking around the place).

The biggest mistake I’ve made.

The front desk staff was not pleasant. I felt like I was annoying them. The ac unit in room 318 would not work. I pressed On and nothing happened. A car air freshener was attached to the vent and bugs and other trash was on top of the ac unit. I informed the front desk attendant and I was told he would look at when I get back but I wasn’t going anywhere I didn’t want to bother them so I never returned

Price was too high, facilities run down,ydisappointed with my stay. Need to renovate!!!!

Did not like it at all that other hotel guests with their pets in the breakfast area.

Smell of cannibus in my room the entire weekend. A previous guest disabled the smoke alarm in the room and no staff personal caught it sitting on the desk when I entered the room. RECOMMEND A LOCK BOX WITH HOLES OVER THE FIRE ALARM TO PREVENT TAMPERING.
