Very good in general, but not ideal location if you stay more than 1 night in town.

Staff was excellent and supportive to give us a place to work on the checkout date! Rooms were spacious and clean!

It is far from downtown... I guess it is convenient just for the airport. Not many places to eat in walking distance anyway, but this is not hotel's fault.

I had a dakine tumbler , nixion watch and medication stolen . House keeping had a problem. With cleaning my room on request

While the location we thought was ideal—- near airport— not having a shuttle service to airport was our major disappointment and we had to arrange limo service that cost more than hotel stay just to make it to our last few miles. It would be better to have stayed downtown Juneau

the staff was polite, the security guard gave me 2 cups of coffee before the 7 am opening, the coffee was good and always filled, the property was very clean.

mildly expensive for our budget. we didnt get the alaska resident discount because we booked online and there was no mention of the alaska state resident on the website.

It was clean

It was as basic a room as you can get. There was no cable tv. And I feel it was way over priced for what I get. At $225 for 1 night I expect a lot more luxury than what was provided.

I had difficulty extending my stay y a day when my ferry out of Juneau was delayed. It took 3 times for them to get it right

The room was very nice

Only negative, I had asked the front desk to arrange for me to leave for the airpI needed to call for a taxi. The Security guard in the morning had to provide me a phone number. If I had not come down earlier, I could have been delayed catching my flight as there was a wait going through the TSA checkpoint.

Room is comfortable and clean.

No shuttle from the airport created frustration with trying to get a cab at airport This will also cause us to choose another hotel that provides a shuttle next time. A bar and restaurant would be a nice amenity to have had access to. Otherwise, the room was comfortable and very clean.

Great hotel

Very nice hotel. Easy, quick check-in process late at night. Big rooms and very comfortable beds. We were pleasantly surprised as we booked it solely for its convenient location from the airport. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was clean and new - great proximity to airport

Had to book for 4 so used pull out bed - VERY uncomfortable. Would have been nice to have a shuttle / most of the other nearby hotels did so we might try one of them next time.

The room suited my purposes.

I appreciated the kitchenette a lot. The room was well set up for a longer stay.

I couldn't get the air conditioner/fan to shut off. The room could use a little better lighting.The facility would be improved with a pool.
