Friendly, very attentive staff.

Very close to the airport, yet no airport noise. Clean, cute facilities and rooms.
First floor rooms are very noisy if people are in room above on the second floor!

always pleasant staff and easy process. amazing breakfast and the most comfortable rooms in juneau!

This is probably the most cozy hotel we have ever experienced. It has a bed & breakfast feel. The female morning staff in the breakfast area were fantastic - friendly and courteous. The location is very close to the airport and convenient. The bed is super comfortable. The hotel is a refurbished house and is clean and cute.
The hotel has staffing problems. We arrived and the front door was locked because no one stays at the front desk overnight. I'm not 100% sure, but I think the Best Western down the street supports this hotel when a need arises. The noise travels up the stairs easily. Since this is a renovated house, you can hear everything everywhere... but hey, that makes it more like home.

We are locals and I decided to book this place for the occasion of me and my fiancé's second anniversary.
I am a well-travelled European, so I know what a quality looks like. This place definitely belongs to my top 5 favorite hotels worldwide. My fiancé said it had been the best hotel he ever stayed at. The room was very cozy, superb clean, the bed very comfy. The staff was friendly, professional and provided us with wine glasses upon request - for which I am super thankful as I consider drinking Moet (and other good champagnes we devoured last nite) from a plastic cup the utmost form of savagery - so thank you thousandfold! The best thing about this place is definitely the spacious private jacuzzi tub we enjoyed into early morning hours today. The tasty coffee helped me recuperate fast after a night of rich celebration. I will definitely be back :)
Everything was perfect, just wish I booked an extra nite :)

Downtown Juneau is about 20+ minutes to the airport and is a location where getting a taxi or Uber can be difficult, so we were looking for a hotel that would give us quick access to the airport for an early morning flight. Grandma's Featherbed provides a shuttle service, so was perfect. Was a very comfortable place to stay as well - our room was large and very comfortable.
Not a don't like, but if you're wanting to spend a lot of time in downtown Juneau and don't have a car, this would not be an ideal location.

Breakfast not served in dining room due to Covid, had choice of 2 entrees, which were delivered to room. Quality was good, but would have preferred more choice, or at least to know that we could customize. Really liked size and configuration of room
Bed was too soft and pillows lumpy.

always love this place! awesome place to stay.
the tv didn’t work much, but juneau internet is awful. also would be good to have more information about the restaurant and food delivery. before covid it was different this time we had no menu and only
could order at certain times which wasn’t posted. so we missed out on dinner and dessert but had a great breakfast to our room

The decor & the whirlpool tub
The French toast & sausage were great.. But it would have been nice to also have eggs.

Breakfast was very good, the bed & tub were wonderful, & the building architecture and inside decor were so charming!
Not their fault, but it would have been nice if the restaurant was actually open, but covid & all...

Location is perfect for travelers. Awesome rooms, breakfast options, unique and stylish hotel.
Not a fan of the breakfast area being closed still, but who would be? I guess some places are still doing this Covid thing.

Location good. Easy parking. Even though the breakfast was boxed due to COVID it was good. Food was warm and the servings were generous. Large towels.
Light from the hallway shines in room. Carpet old and worn out.

Very comfortable room. Good location for everything.

No breakfast-Covid ... Room was small, compact but nicely appointed. Had little contact with front desk due to very late arrival and very early departure. It was very clean and quiet and had enough linens...
We had to phone front desk 3x to get us from the airport though we had arranged with them to have taxi available. We waited more than an hour and 1/2 in driving rain and wind chill...we were soaking wet when we finally got to the motel. Luckily, my 85 year old husband did not get sick. We had no available beverages or food at the site and it was late. As mentioned room was cozy though it was tight for maneuvering luggage and utilizing shower toilet area. It was a great room appointment wise, but too much was crowded into the very small area so we could hardly move about to get into suitcases etc. etc. Don’t mean to complain but it was difficult considering our very wet and cold physical condition and need to unwind and eat and get to bed for very early (4:30 a.m) departure.
