Would not recommend.

The location was close to town.

The hotel had a smell to it and it wasn’t particularly clean in the bathroom.

The location was just a five minute drive from downtown Freeport! Parking was easy and included in the price. The staff was all very friendly!

Thankfully the rooms didn’t have this issue, but the hallways smelled very bad. The rooms were very small and really no room to let me little one play in. The beds were very soft and felt like we all sunk into the middle of it.

A good stopover when visiting Freeport for shopping or as a rest stop on to other destinations.

Located within a short drive of the Freeport outlets and a supermarket. Modern and updated facilities with friendly staff. Clean rooms.

Suited its purpose for our 1 night, but don’t think I would have stayed longer than that there.

Not far off the highway and close to town.

Tiny dark rooms that could use some cleaning and updating. Not the best breakfast.

Only that the Lord woke us up faithfully every morning. And getting out of there, the rooms were never cleaned as requested. A nightmare

Exceptional

It was a fabulous little touch of luxury. Room was a little small but it was enough for us for 1 night. The beds were comfortable. The rooms were clean. Staff was so pleasant. Breakfast was good.

Smaller rooms size. But lovely.

This property does not take guest security seriously and is misrepresented online. WE DID NOT STAY!

Nothing. We did NOT stay overnight as I felt unsafe there, both in the facility and especially in the room itself: access door from hotel wing to customer parking lot was both unlocked and propped open, allowing access to anyone who happened by; the peep hole in the room door was plugged, so that you could not see a person on the other side of the door. I requested a refund immediately and was told to contact Booking.com, which I have done. Their response was to send me this survey. I'm not impressed.

At check in: my address and incidentals payment info had been merged with another guests' stay info and this error was only caught by me when I was asked to "accept" the charges on the terminal. External access to room wing: unlocked and propped open for ANYONE to access the property. A reeking and overflowing cigarette butt receptacle stood just outside this door, no distance whatsoever from this supposedly "smoke free" facility. Room itself: the door peep hole was plugged so that you could not look out to see who might be in the hallway. I requested a refund immediately and was told to contact Booking.com, which I have done. Their response was to send me this survey. I'm not impressed.

Breakfast was good.

Coffee was instant out of the lobby but the keurig pods were very good.

The hallway had some split pink junk all over the floor. The parking lot was filthy from people living there and junk cars. also watched a drug deal go down in the parking lot while kids are staying there

Nice single level hotel.

Check-in took a very long time. One person behind the desk kept answering the phone calls coming in while three groups of families were standing in the lobby waiting to check in. I had a pre-paid room but it still took 25 minutes to check in before getting my room keys.
