Would not choose this location again.

Rooms were clean. Breakfast choices were good.

Condition of the property (exterior) was unimpressive. Road noise in room was annoying.

Disappointed due to the isolation and won’t stay at this particular location In the future

The peace and quiet was ok.

Unfortunately, I made a booking error by choosing a hotel in Port Washington, the city, instead of Port Washington Road. This oversight led to inconvenience as it meant being far from the rest of my family's accommodations. Despite attempting to rectify the situation, I couldn't secure a refund or transfer the reservation. This experience left me feeling disappointed and underscores the importance of double-checking location details before confirming bookings.

Didn’t stay for breakfast, but area was dusty due to the construction going on.

Was good for what we needed.

Location was good for what we had planned for the weekend. The room was what I expected, the breakfast was good. The staff was helpful with our needs.

The hotel was under remodel, so there where mattresses and trash all around the Hotel. Noisy all day.

I would never stay there again unless they offered us a free room after the remodel.

The location was good right off the Interstate.

It was dirty, smelled like stale cooking grease. When I mentioned it at check-out they said that they are remodeling.

Down the Drain: Shampoo, Soap, and Customer Service

The breakfast was mediocre and the coffee was the worst I have ever had. It tasted like a mix between wood and perfume. The room was terrible. The phone didn't work, the remote didn't work, the TV would not shut off unless you unplugged it manually, the soap provided was so small it could barely be held in your hand, and there was literally a drop of shampoo inside a super mini bottle which was not enough to wash your hair.

There remodeling of the hotel going on. Carpet in elevator and other area were full of construction dust and a truck was parked in front of main door under covered portion.

The breakfast was good

Couldn’t get WiFi to work in the room. Towels were cheap, pillows were small, dust on headboard and behind furniture. Cheap toilet paper.

The big size suite. Very spacious. Very pleasant staff.

The room needed updating. Very outdated. Couch not comfortable to sit on. The room was not clean. Food splatted on the kitchen counter cupboards. Broken drawer in kitchen. Hot tub by the pool was loud.

Pool area for the kids to swim.

Dirty, old in need of repairs. Extremely dirty behind and under the beds. Hardly any lights in the pool area. Asked about if we could turn on more lights and was told there isn't any money for repairs. They are working on it... It was okay, but could have been much better.

Disappointing

Motel needs an update. We needed to sleep on the sofa bed but couldn't! It was either broken or just over used. Had to get a rollaway.

clean spacious room, nice pool, very good breakfast each morning and very friendly staff

The beds and pillows were very comfortable and the inn itself very quiet. Our room was clean but terribly outdated. The hotel does need serious updating.

Breakfast was barely passable with a broken juice machine. The serving staff tried but there was not much to work with.
