Really nice place for family to stay, just bring your own extra blankets and pillows.

We really enjoyed the hot breakfast, lots of seating and great outdoor common area to sit. The room was clean, up to date, and spacious. Front desk at check in and check out were welcoming and efficient.

We had book the room that advertised sleep up to 6, it had the day bed with trundle bed, but no linen, it was impossible to get linen/blankets for it. You get 4 squishy pillows on the king bed and they had no extra pillows when asked for the extra beds which was disappointing. You only get 2 towels for the shower and when we asked for extra towels no one brought them. I'm thinking because it was at bedtime.and they didn't have staff. There was no one at the bar to serve drinks, but that was really minor, I didn't book here for a bar.

Beautiful facility but beware of front desk Kenny.

Breakfast was appreciated but basic. Your staff was on it! Coffee ran out and your staff were incredibly accommodating getting what we requested quickly. Amazing job by your cafeteria crew as well as housekeeping. The entire facility was clean and well kept.

Unfortunately your staff at the front desk left much to be desired. I believe his name was Kenny, your acting supervisor for 8/26/23. As I was standing in line waiting to check in, there was another client before me that was asking a question and he shut her down pretty rudely. At that point because I had walked in a bit after her check in started I figured perhaps there was a miscommunication. However, I noted his quick write off and found it quite unprofessional. I walked up next and went to try to pay for my stay with cash and was told per hotel policy you no longer accepted cash. When I booked my stay with your location online it stated I could pay with cash. Besides the point, though I stated this to Kenny he gave me a quick "well that's policy" in such a condescending tone that to be honest If I wasn't worried about losing my funds I would have taken my party to another location. I understand we are in a different time when customers are no longer "always right" but there should be some sort of professionalism that remains, especially if corporate wants reoccurring clients.

Staff dressed so casually I thought they were guests!

It was nothing but carbs! No fruit but old apples and oranges. No bacon or sausage. Everything was in a bag!

Quick and easy.

The property is new and the desk person was really nice. The hotel is nice Great amenities.

Cleaning of the bathroom is sub par which leads me to believe the entire room was probably pretty but dirty. Get better housekeeping to keep the hotel in the best condition

It was great

The hotel was up to date and clean. All of the staff was very friendly and accommodating. There were a lot of options for the continental breakfast. I would recommend this hotel to others.

Checking in and out was fast and easy. I like the fact that they asked if we wanted cleaning services instead of being bothered in the mornings. Free breakfast is always a plus!

Only disappointing thing is there was no pool!

Nothing much.

Air conditioner broke, location right on intersection so loud traffic noise all night. Motorcycle racing until 2 a.m. Poor continental breakfast, no meat cold egg omelets, old pastries.

This hotel did not meet standards for Marriott service or value.

The location was convenient and the breakfast was good. The room was very stylish and well appointed.

I had requested extra pillows when I booked. When none were provided, the staff person said she was the only one there at the hotel and would not be able to find more. I also felt it was less than safe and secure to have only one staff person present at the property.

Our stay was pleasant and convenient.

The location was perfect. The staff was incredibly kind. The room was spacious. Loved that the room had a refrigerator and a desk space.

The bathroom didn't have a bathtub and the lighting was not good for putting make up on. The staff never cleaned our room or gave us fresh towels during our 3 night stay.

It was quiet, bathroom was big, handicap bathroom, view out window.

Refrigerator had to be turned on BUT IT DIDN'T KEEP RUNNING so I had to throw my food out or suffer possible food poisoning. RM 201

was very short but would go back if ever need to again! My son lives in Milwaukee!

everything was very nice! super clean! Front desk employee not so friendly! the check out was quick and easy! She was very professional! I’m just worried about pricing bank account says $180! should be $150.59! waiting for final post!

Exceptional

Staff was great. The breakfast buffet was tasty and well kept.

No microwave or fridge. I would not stay for a longer period of time because leftovers from restaurants would need to be thrown out.
