Dirty and disappointing.

Smelled like smoke. Bathroom toilet wouldn't flush and full of feces. Wouldn't discount me.

Location

I tripped and fell on your property prior to arriving. The front desk clerk saw Ms on the ground and said nothing. The customer checking in ran out to assist. The employee didn't check to see if I were ok or needled anything. I hurt my knees and had to be seen by a doctor when I returned home.

furniture look old and worn out sofa look beat up the inside room just had a dull look to it it didn't look up to-date more old-fashioned compared to what I had to pay to spend the night there remote for TV wasn't working properly concerned the volume up on one of the TVs and overall I think I paid too much for my stay there for the accommodation that I received.

Great to get off exit, sleep and get back on road

Convenient stop in our trip to Tampa. Right off exit.

All was good. Only thing weird was the front desk had a plastic soup spoon attached to the pen you signed with…. Both of them…. Theft deterrent?

Stay was comfortable. Price was a little high but I I know better was a big event in town so i expected that. Will stay

Property was easy to find. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Didn’t stay for breakfast.

Pool was small. Hot tub didn’t work but it was cold and I wasn’t getting in it anyway. It wasn’t the cleanest area. Had cigarettes laying around pool area.

Clean place to eat.

Access to freeway. Very grateful for woman working breakfast found my purse I left.

It needs to be updated. Rooms need to be redone . Blackout curtains are needed- too much light coming in from lights outside. Main problem is location due to lack of restaurants. It lacks conveniences.

The hotel room was nice but how we were treated after driving 9 hours was horrible.

We walked into the hotel late but called the day before and advised we would be late. The hotel clerk stated they canceled our stay after showing confirmation through booking.com. She did put us in a room for that night and stated we would have to speak to management the next morning around 8 am. Management would not honor the price.com booking nor their price. We were charged almost double the charge for one night. He stated the hotel ran our card for a dollar the morning of and the card declined. We have a service on our card that will not allow a dollar purchase due to fraud. The manager insinuated that we had no money on our card and maybe we went and deposited some. We used the same exact card to purchase the exorbitant charge for the one night. He would not even look at my verified emails from Booking.com. He was very rude and made the remarks in front of several guests which made us look like we were people who carried negative balances on our cards. We will never be back at this establishment and have made a valid ticketed complaint through booking. com. He also stated it was not his problem that our stay had been canceled since we went through booking.com.
