Location was exception. close to everything. The staff from the time you walked into the building until you walked back out was completely focused on the customer (my family).
I travel 50% for my work and what really stood out was the staff , especially the folks at the front door (Valet , Bellman , etc) and the staff at the desk. When checking in the staff wanted to know what we needed and how they could make it the best trip. They realized we we heading to dinner , offered to arrange a ride and text during dinner to see if they needed to make up the sofa bed for our daughter. UNBELIVABLE
Pricing was on the high side, but i feel Four Seasons knows this and spends the extra money to add as much value as they can

I always like the beds and hot tubs at Four Seasons hotels. The service at this one was pretty good. Overall comfortable and decent.
They didn’t collect my room service dishes when I asked, so they just sat there all night. Food was also pretty mid. Not the best value, but I’ve seen worse.

I did not like the room service. I was not happy. We had dietary restrictions in which the chef met. However, our cheese was old, out mashed potato were not basic mashed, and we both had belly aches all night. We only ordered a salad, mashed potatoes, and some purée carrots and they charged us almost $70. In which it wasn’t even good & hurt our bellies. Not happy.

The location, room and service were excellent.
Room facilities could have been better. No yea or coffee facilities in the room. You need to ask for a coffee machine. Sometimes, staff were a bit lax about replacing water and used coffee cups and glasses in the room.

Restaurant closed due to medical reunion and a wedding. Had coffee downstairs in the coffee bar.

Central location
I was expecting an higher level of comfort and hospitality. Probably still a 5 stars hotel, but definitely at a lower level than the standard for the Four Season Hotels

Superb hospitality. Clean room.
Kat at the front desk was always attentive.
Went above and beyond.
Willie was a gracious host. Delivered the cappuccino and bar bites with a smile.
Brian at the Lounge exemplifies the Four Seasons trademark.
Due to pandemic, limited dining options.

The welcome was very nice. Our room had a great view of the park and the pool / gym were great. Plus the location has to be the absolute best.
Almost everything was great. But if I'm to be nitpicky (for that price it seems fair) - the room service food could be improved. Breakfast options were limited and dinner was meh. Also (minor) online menu didn't match what was offered.
