NOTHING

THE WALL HEATER DID NOT WORK, MAINTENANCE NEVER CAME, I STAYED ONE NIGHT AND CHECKED OUT THE NEXT DAY, TOLD THEM I COULD NOT STAY IN A ROOM THAT HAD NO HEAT AS I HAD JUST GOT OVER PNEMONIA 2 WEEKS AGO... THEN THEY OFFERED ME A HEATER, WHY DIDN'T THEY DO THAT THE FIRST DAY....NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVEN MY WORSE ENEMY...

Do NOT stay here.

The room smelled like mold when we opened the door. If it hadn't been so late when we arrived, we would not have stayed. The room was filthy, and we did not even want to sleep in the bed. We did not use the blankets. The couch had a foul smell. 0/10 do NOT recommend.

The stove and oven was very dirty. There was no baking sheet you couldn't use the oven.

nobody showed up to check us in

there was nothing to like. We got confirmation of our stay and then nobody showed up during our checkin time, an hour after our checkin time two hours after our checkin time or answered the phones any of the four times we called. we were forced to scramble and try to find somewhere else to stay at the last minute and overpay because the reservation we had could not be filled. This is easily the worst experience renting a hotel room I have ever had.

The manager was responsive to our complaints / concerns

We were assigned a room where a dog had peed on the carpet the day before. The manager told the staff to clean it thoroughly but did not check the results. It smelled terrible. We tried to air it out but after some hours we decided it was just not possible to stay in that room. The manager was apologetic and moved us - but this should not have happened in the first place.

I really enjoyed my stay and look forward to my next visit!

Facility is well cared for. Room was comfortable and furnished like a mini living room. Very cozy! Nice accommodations for a reasonable price. Very quiet. Highly recommended!

The freezer needs to be defrosted. That's all I can think of!

The king bed in Room #8 was very comfortable for my spouse and I. The shower had good water pressure. The plumber came by to fix the bathroom sink within 10 minutes. There was plenty of towel sets and t.p.

Security issue:The window would not lock. There were no night stands. There was only one chair.

The location and rates are great.

At first the room appeared clean, although it smelled bad. Then we noticed personal items in the bathroom that were not ours. There is no ventilation and the blinds in the bedroom are broken and theses are ground floor rooms. The cigarette butt containers outside each room tend to draw vagrants and we had to call 911 when said vagrant tried to enter our room, after entering another room and trying to enter others.

Needs a lot of maintenance.

Cheap price, but the place was in need of some serious maintenance.

The floor was very unlevel. The dresser drawers were messed up. The carpet needed to be replaced. The bedsheets were cheap and uncomfortable. The bed was a worn out old spring bed. The shower curtain liner had a hole in it. The linoleum in the bathroom needed to be replaced. It probably hadn't been kept up in over twenty years.

Love the personal touch; we’ll be back.

Cute little motel off the beaten path. We like that it’s individually owned. We stumbled across this a couple of years ago and enjoyed our stay so we came back.

The cost was much more than I had anticipated. $245 for 2 nights in a small, older motel seems like a lot. I’m not sure if it was the goings on or taxes that caused the cost to go up. We were in the end unit because we brought our dog. The carpet made it evident that lots of dogs stay in that room. Carpet needs a good cleaning.

Relaxing, quiet, clean comfortable room and motel.

room was very quint extremely comfortable bed, more than enough towels, No phone so didn't have to worry about it ringing. lol. Was easy to warm up. Had outside light that we could control so didn't shine in window. Assigned parking spot so didn't have to park away from room, its right in front of door.

A half-gallon of milk was left in refrigerator. Tight squeeze to get on side of bed. Need more coffee packets, only 4 left in room.

Very good

Location was great, comfy bed, kitchenette is definitely a plus. Owner and staff /housekeeping were wonderful, checked if we needed anything. Friendly. Very quaint motel. Totally satisfied. Suited our needs on a clam dig weekend..Sorry about the sand.

A coffee pot would have been nice, keureg only, parking is tight with a larger vehicle, but we managed. Stronger water pressure in the shower would be nice. Think unit 2 could use an updated sleeper sofa.
