Overall very pleasent.

Clean nicely decorated room. nice comfortable bed. Location close to Convention center.

The room was a bit warm and the only thing to cool it down was a fan. No air conditioning !! Wish you had breakfast included.

Comfortable

The suite was very big. Beds were very comfortable. Our dog had an accident and they were quick to help us get the supplies we needed to clean it up and came in while we were gone to clean extra.

On the spendy side. Hotel has lots of rules. Decks are a little run down. Hot tub was nice but jets were very aggressive. Nothing to that wouldn’t bring me back. Was a very nice hotel over all.

Our stay was amazing

Romm was amazing. Clean, kitchen was fully stocked with all need appliances and dishes that could be needed. Love having a full bath and a half bath. Great experience

Must stay at this place

Everything the staff the quiet room and just how clean everything was not just my room but the whole building I was amazed with everything and I was treated with respect and kindness this hotel is by far the best one I've ever checked into every other hotel I've been to and ive checked into hotels all over the us the staff anf employees would give me weird looks and look at me like what is he doing here I wasn't viewed that way here i was treated like an adult and fair like everyone else it made my stay more comfortable im truly grateful i checked into this place finally was given the respect i deserved.

I enjoyed the room and stay very much.

The room was very clean. The kitchenette was well stocked. I enjoyed a leisurely morning coffee while reading in bed.

The advertisement listed a microwave and coffee pot. I don’t think I mentioned the stove, oven and refrigerator. It would have been nice to know it was a full kitchen.

Ok trip to the coast

Great location including parking. Excellent facilities although we did not use pool or hot tub.

No hot water in shower despite running water for 5-8 minutes. Tried different settings in case valve was installed incorrectly, but still only lukewarm. Not a lot of sympathy from front desk other than adding this to their repair list.

It is clean and close to the stores and shops. I like the kitchenette in the studios on the second floor.

Great

The room was clean and up to date in terms of style and amenities. The TV was able to accept screen mirroring from my phone. Bathroom and apartment were very clean. Had all kitchen utinsels and dinnerware was well as pots and pans if you needed to cook. Grill available outside. 8 minute walk to the beach via their beach trail.

No streaming over wifi due to bandwidth concerns. It's in the literature they give at check in. I had to stream movies over my data connection which is fine for me, but for someone else it might be an issue. Mattress was soft for my preference, but not terrible.

Superb

The room was very clean. When we arrived there was a welcome for our dog and clean towels and dog sheets to cover the couch and if blanket for our dog to lay on in the bed. The hotel does not have a pool, if you're looking for that, but it is right. by the beach so expect your time to be spent at the beach. You can ride electric bikes or ride horses on the beach. There is a lot to do.

Superb

The property was pet friendly. There was even a treat, a water dish, and a blanket for them. There is a great yard for walking them.

I wish there had been a continental breakfast or coffee in the lobby, but we had a full kitchen and made coffee in our room so we were fine.

It was decent, not terrible, but certainly not amazing.

was clean and had the essential accommodations with a neat stove that worked well. bed was good size and height

Very thin cheap doors, can easily hear everything in the hallway. bed sheets were not very comfortable, made your skin feel itchy. no streaming, lighting was very bright or very dark, no real in between. Very strict time policy for check in and check out, while easily achievable made it feel like they were anxious for us to leave. Can only get fresh towels before a certain time.

Quiet, great location, beautiful room, nice pool, beautifully decorated. Fully stocked kitchen.

That they charged $25 to get into your room before check in time at 4:00. Bad practice!

lovely place and staff, dog friendly

We brought our dog and stayed in one of the dog friendly rooms. it was roomy and comfortable, and they even provided dog bowls and a dog towel. Within walking distance of shops and restaurants, and there was a path right outside to walk to the beach.

They didn’t provide housekeeping during the stay (you can get fresh towels from the front desk). We only stayed two nights so we didn’t mind, but a longer stay like a week might have been hard.

Pleasant

I thought I was renting a specific property, not just any third floor studio. Being privately owned, they vary a great deal and the unit that was advertised and pictured above is not the one I received.
