Did not eat breakfast.
The cleanliness.
3.1
location and cleaning. also breakfast was very good
3.1
Nothing
Not the cleanest, loud, our room had a door to another room so it didn’t feel very safe.
3.1
closeness to food location
seedy people hanging around in parking lot , parking was way too crowded and limited space, carpet was filthy hallways reeked of marijuana smell, had issues with remote control staff had to come alleviate. I forgot a costly makeup/ personal care bag and when I called the next day they claimed it wasn’t found . so my “ bargain “ room cost me $200 in items I had to replace

Staff was very nice
There were all kinds of loud trucks outside in the early morning hours.

3.1
Nothing
It dont deserve a 1 rateing but it wouldnt let me give a neg number. Every room they tried to give me (out of 3 rooms)was nasty! They said I would have to wait for the manager to get a refund and I am still getting athe run around 3 days later!

Friendly staff
The bed in 104 should be replaced and a bit more cleaning of the bath room area .

had breakfast elsewhere.
For the price it was adequate for a one night stay.
The bathroom was very small
Overall it just was not particularly a comfortable place but okay for a short one night stay

I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

manager was very rude! told us we could not get extra pillows or blankets without us even asking for them. made sure to tell us we would be charged for the damage in the room but when entering the room there was already 2 holes in the wall.

The location made it easy for us to get to the destination we needed to be at.
The size of the room made it difficult to bring in luggage
The furniture was too large for the room. The carpets need to be replaced. They were disgusting in the rooms and the hallway. We had to have our room changed after getting in because the bathroom door would not close. Bathrooms were incredibly small.
3.1
The location being convenient
The room sink was stopped up. One set of towels. The room smelt like the room had been wet or the rug is moldy. The shower door does not close.
3.1
The shower pressure and heat were really good.
*The breakfast could have had some more options.
*The furniture was too close to the door, so it was challenging trying to get my bags out with the door not staying open.
3.1
it was cheap, and very clean.
the location of the property is just a little sketchy.
3.1
The location was the only good thing.
The room was very dirty and run down. The toilet seat was nearly falling off and the shower was dirty. There was no toilet paper and the smell of sewage permeated everything. There were stains all over the coverlets and what appeared to be feces smeared on the bed skirt of one of the beds.

First off, the front desk staff was so very kind and professional. The hotel is within walking distance of half a dozen different restaurants and a couple miles from the mall. Parking lot is ample and well lit. They offer breakfast, although we didn't wake up in time for it.
The hotel itself, well, it is very dated, run down, right next to the interstate (lots of road noise). The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I've ever slept on... very similar to an air mattress. The room itself was small, no tub (shower only), the hand towel had make-up stains on it, the bathroom fixtures/ vents were dingy and rusty, there were weird stains on the carpet, and "splatters" on every lampshade. We didn't even want to touch the remote control, as it had some unknown white material caked on the buttons and the battery door. Ew. There is a significant "gap" around the door even when it's closed and locked that you can look straight through.

I've been going here for years and years. It's in a great location off I-75 and many restaurants within walking distance.
Only thing that keeps happening, is the noise factor from other guests. I called the front desk asking that the person next door turn their television down, which was blaring from 10PM to 1:30AM. I really needed to sleep between that time because I needed to get on the road by 2AM. I only received 3 hours of sleep. I'm going to have to second guess this hotel because I cannot do a 10 hour drive on 3 hours of sleep.
