Good value for price. Comfortable, clean. Would stay agsin.

Shower pressure was great! Nice bathroom and good fan exhaust, comfortable bedding. Wide variety of breakfast choices.

Our room was right above lobby and desk area. Loud in am at 6 am with people checking out. Desk clerk could have asked girl strumming on table in a drum like manner, to be more quiet at 6 am. We all paid for our rooms. I would just ask for a room away from front desk area. Elevator did not work, which was not a huge deal for us.

Mediocre.

The breakfast and the gentleman working was good.

I have a low rating because the swimming pool was FREEZING!!!!!!!! VERY disappointed because my young kids were SO excited to swim but it was so cold they didn’t want to get in!! They were looking forward to the pool but sadly disappointed.

I did not eat the breakfast, so I cannot rate - it looked good. The staff was friendly and helpful.

However, the hot water for tea was not hot, just warm. The room was not that clean, especially the bathroom, which is how I determine the cleanliness of a room. There was little attention to detail when making the beds.

Everyone was very nice and relaxed which made it less stressful. We had our dogs with us and they had treats out ready to greet them also an area for them to go play in a pet yard so they can stretch their legs. This will be our hotel of choice when traveling south from Rapid city to Texas.

Filthy room with old sock.

Dirty room, someones old sock on bathroom floor. Bath floor was dusty and filthy as well as all the carpet was dirty. I set heater at 72 and it ran steady all night but only would blow cold air. We froze all night. The stay was a huge disappointment.

The rate was excellent. Can't beat $62! There were solidly okay. Staff was very kind, breakfast was good. Our stay was pleasant, overall.

The rooms and mattresses definitely need updating, but I wouldn't say they were uncomfortable. Noise at night was about what you'd expect for a chain hotel - nothing out of the ordinary. Some door slamming noises, a few dog barks in the morning.
