Clean hotel with excellent staff

Convenient location for my trip. Staff were very accommodating. Older hotel but clean.

I can’t say anything negative about this property as it was the best price for the location. Not 5 star but not 5 star price.

The price, location, and staff were nice.

The property is VERY outdated and a bit raggedy. Although it was clean, everything was still very old, and dusty. This property is in desperate need of IMMEDIATE RENOVATION

Exceptional

Clean and great location for where our softball tournament was

Curtains didn't close all the way and it had holes in it

Overall it was a very comfortable and clean room and the staff were very friendly.

Breakfast was sparse & heavy on carbs & sugar

It was ok, less comfortable and modern than I expected. Was not worth the price.

Breakfast was ok, liked the blueberry waffles, never had that in a hotel before, more hot food options would be better Staff was super pleasant and friendly

My internet search and the sign outside state the facility has a POOL and hot tub and then find out both have been closed for 2 YEARS...old carpet, beat up room doors, dingy looking everywhere beyond the front lobby

Will not stay at Quality Inn in the future from what I experienced.

I didn’t had a chance to eat breakfast. I was late for breakfast.

Not safe to stay at Quality Inn with other (men) guests hanging around and peeping thru guests vehicles. I had items in vehicle which I couldn’t take in. I was more worried that damages to the vehicle and items that will be stolen.

very clean, comfortable good price and good location

Easy to get to, comfortable access with my service dog

The area where dogs or service dogs are allowed has a section off hallway, apparently someone the better part of the night chose to smoke at that door, exiting outside, hallway, and our room smelled of cigarette smoke, the better part of the night, wish there were more options for gluten-free an artificial free breakfast

Didn't care for the $150 security deposit. At 73, I'm not likely to damage anything but myself.

The air conditioner in the room sounded like there is a plastic bag in it. Would rattle off and on during the night waking us up

It was ok for a last minute booking

Nice friendly's understanding staff.

No elevator. Bathrooms were way too small. Tub squeaked like he was going to fall through the floor.

My stay was horrific and I received no compensation for my stay, only excuses.

I really liked the location of the hotel and having a refrigerator and or microwave.

The place is clearly unkempt and dirty, devoid of an elevator and with the appearance of a slum and an unsafe building. The bathtub drain was clogged and no one informed me in order to have your room cleaned it has to be prearranged.

I won’t do it again

The property was not clean. The swimming pool was closed and it was a very hot day. The breakfast bar was empty and on top of that I had to put $150 deposit on top of the room cost for what purpose I don’t know two lightbulbs in the room were burnt out making the room dim

The staff was nice.

To expensive. The water didn't drain in the shower or sink (gross). The pool was closed and no elevator. The breakfast was very basic with cereal and waffles as the only option.
