My family and I travel a lot, due to our son playing travel football, with that being said, we have to pack extra clothing, equipment ect, so I placed my suite Case under the sink in our room, only to find, the next day, my luggage was completely soaked! the sink was leaking, I had to call down to the front desk, to let them know, and asked to speak the manager, well she wouldn’t be in till the next day, so off to Walmart I went spending unnecessary money on clothes to wear because it was snowing and extremely cold out 18 degree’s, so when I came back I had to lay my clothes out all over the room, due not having time to take them down to the dryer, because we was rushing to the field, so the next day comes, the manager is due in till 8am. ok that’s fine, 8:00am comes around, manager still isn’t here! I had to run to the field, and call the hotel later, and explain what happened, the manager was finally there, the manager replies, “ oh do you want me to send maintenance up to ur room?” ummm are YOU KIDDING ME!? NO!! is that all u have to say and offer? unbelievable! I’ll talk to u when I come back to the hotel, so when I return, the manager leaves for the day!? @ 12:30pm? dannngggg, that was quick! she was in and out! so I go up to the room hallway smells extremely bad like cigarettes and weed! it was thick! but all over the hotel it’s posted “ Smoke Free Facility “ lol! go in to take a nap, and charge my phone my bed side table the outlet, alarm, and lights aren’t working! ok! I’m heated! I call down and tell them, they say all 3 floors same rooms down below aren’t working as well! well that put a red flag up! ok what if this place catches fire do to electrical? I’m not happy! on top of it, we block off so many rooms due to having a football tournament in their area, it’s called hotel blocks, means we get a discount for booking so many rooms as a team!

Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent

Our shower head on massage leaked terribly. Informed them at the desk.

The pool and hot tub was nice.

First of all, our room was disgusting. For $90 something a night, it should've been a lot better. I don't know who cleaned my room but she needs fired. Absolutely disgusting. I'll never stay here again. The bed was comfortable. That was the only positive.

1.) Was charge a different amount than what was stated on Booking.com. 2.) they charge me separately for the two rooms I booked together. 3.) the bathtub in the floor in the room is dirty. 4.) it wasn't time for cleanup for breakfast, and while we were fixing food, the attendance start cleaning up and turning things off without axing us if we needed anything else. 4.) the maintenance man use profanity when my niece spilled pancake mix they told us management was not on duty at the time.

The room was great very clean bed was very comfortable and the jetted tub in our room worked very great!!

The only thing I didn't like was the hot tub in the pool area it was cold water wasn't very warm at all so could not enjoy that.

Disappointed

The first day the desk couldn't find my registration for several minutes. The 2nd morning there was no hot food available. Someone asked twice when and if there would be more and the employee wouldn't make eye contact nor answer at first. Eventually she replied I don't know. It was about 8:30 with many waiting. The guest stated if she knew then they could decide if they needed to go out instead. Many were frustrated. For the cost of the room and expecting breakfast included it was poor service.

needs updated. no remote control for tv got one from desk it worked a few time then not at all. another trip to desk. new batteries. it worked occasionally another trip to desk for another remote that one worked

Bad.not enough food for everyone people were leaving.refiled cereals before eggs, waffles were to thin to cook one side burned and other side was raw twice , no butter out or sugar ,staff not fridley😒

Toilets to low to the floor for people with bad legs nothing to hold on to to get up.paint was put over dirt, tub was not good at all had to ware my crocks nasty , carpet was dirty too we had to keep our shoes on . Stayed to go in sans and pool, couldn't even do that kids were jumping in and screaming thought there were cameras in there evidently no or to watch it 2 ft of waste in sans not even full and kids were jumping in sad, so hot in pool room you couldn't hardly breath.
