We Left a day early

The staff was less than desirable. They made the kids that were with us feel a certain way- with their coutheless ways .arrogant pompous adults that do not care how they make kids feel.

Would not go there again. For $160 a night should be able to take a shower.

Convenient location

Bath tub was filthy. Was not comfortable using it so didn’t shower. Carpet dirty too. Overall room felt dirty.

Breakfast was amazing. Tons of choices and all of it delicious. The room was huge and comfortable.

Always comfy at Hampton Inns.

Love the moveable ottoman, full length mirror was a definite plus, clean bathroom and a nightlight! Comfy bed.

Heat/AC unit was quite loud so we had to turn it off during the night making the room too warm.

Nice hotel.!

Very nice check in at this Hampton Inn. The room was comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast was above expectations, all went well.

I'm not kidding, the only complaint is that the night light in the bathroom needed a fresh bulb.

Good overall aside from the check-in process.

Location, OK breakfast, nice large room

Check in staff was pleasant but also rude with the comments made at check in, pleasantly rude. I canceled my second room ahead of time as allowed per Booking.com policies. When I said I only had a reservation for one room they told me it was for two rooms, and I was responsible for two rooms. I showed them the paperwork from Booking.com and the cancellation. They still insisted it was my problem because it was not in their computer. I told them it was not my problem it was between Booking.com and Hilton. It was fixed the next day by the manager which I was informed at checkout.

Kind of Disappointed

The location was great!

I paid for a suite and ended up with a regular room after being told the one I booked was not available. No compensation for the difference was offered! I was also promised a late check out and was rather rudely informed “we don’t do that” the next morning!

All in all this hotel was a 10/10. Will be staying again.

The staff was beyond amazing. Very respectful, very understanding and helpful. The beds were extremely comfortable.

Floors looked like they weren’t vacuumed and we found someone else underwear under the bed.

A great place for our overnight on the way to our destination.

Rooms were neat, clean and quiet. Breakfast was delicious and ready before 6:00AM. Coffee was hot and delicious, I'm picky with coffee!

Exceptional

Rosetta,the front desk girl was exceptional!! Friendly and always smiling. It was my birthday and we had a cake. I went down to the desk and she gave me plates,forks and napkins ! We always try to book this location when we come to visit.

We left our room very early in the morning and came back about 2:30 pm. Housekeeping hadn't even made it to our room to clean or bring new towels. I gave them our dirty ones and my daughter went down later to get fresh ones because my granddaughter was taking a nap.

I worked stay again but was over priced

the property was close to restaurants and shopping. the breakfast Buffett had a lot of choices. I especially liked the fact that there was hand sanitizer in multiple places with signs requesting to use before serving yourself.

the price was a little steep and they didn’t tell us that we were charged for “ incidentals” and then they over charged us by $10, forgot to check us in so called our room later to see if we were there. they did make good on this however not only refunding incidental but discounting the room.
