The hotel itself is very pretty and is within walking distance to restaurants, the casino and the arena which we went to for business.
The staff was amazing and the hotel itself is very cool on the inside. Unfortunately there isn't anything more positive I can say about it. Our room was horrible. It smelled of smoke which they came and just sprayed Febreeze and come to find out, it was not a smoking room but just below the smoking floor. Everyday when we returned it smelled horrible and our clothes stunk when we got home. The bathroom had goop in each corner of the shower where it is not cleaned very well and the bathroom floor was sticky. The bed was was like sleeping in a hammock, the sheets didn't fit the bed and we saw blood stains on the box springs. We asked to switch rooms but they were full so we couldn't move. We went down to work out and all the dumbbells' had been stolen except for 2-15 lbs and 1-20 lb. I wouldn't recommend this place which is sad since it is a pretty hotel and in a decent location. Again the staff was very nice and I guess they are doing all they can do, maybe they need a new owner or manager and the place would really be amazing!

Location
Many things. 1-the pool was drained. 2- the spa was covered and unusable. 3-one elevator bank was out of order. 3- the sheets did not fit the king size bed. It was just placed on top, not secured, and came off each night. On top of that, housekeeping would not come make the bed without 24 hr notice, so we had to make our own bed with undersized sheets.
We should be offered a percentage refund for our stay!

I loved the waterfall. Starbucks closed at 4pm. You check in at 4pm. No restraints near that deliver to the hotel rooms
For $159 no continental breakfast. Too far for me being disabled to walk to the casino

good location and central air and suite was great
laundry still in halls at check in

Great location, Free parking, Safe enough area and close to different food options and tourist attractions.
My room had plenty of full body towels and face towels but no wash clothes, also the room has a mini fridge but no microwave.

near casino, ride to the sports complex
they didn’t have a restaurant in the hotel, you had to walk to the other building where the casino is and you can’t eat with your under aged children, No bar in Hotel and the swimming pool wasn’t open,

It needs updated. Seems to be an old hotel that needs a refresh

The beds were comfortable
Our room wasn’t ready until 3 hours after it was supposed to bed, we didn’t get any sort of a discount even though it was their issues, hair in the sink, the hair dryers didn’t work, the hallways smelled of weed horribly.

The staff was very helpful.
Cleanliness, that was a big problem. When my wife and I checked in the hotel and made it to our room the first thing we noticed was that there wasn't a microwave in the room. We got the room for our 23rd anniversary. When my wife went in the bathroom there was hair in the shower and soap scum on the shower wall like it hasn't been cleaned in a while. But the staff was great

check in was very easy
the parking lot was a long walk to hotel. it was raining. no one to pick us up and take to hotel. Room had a bad smell when we walked in and was 60degrees when it was 40 degrees outside. Bed was comfortable. forgot our phone charger and called front desk to see if they had a charger. very rudely told NO. Had to walk a long way to casino through a long walkway and up and down elevators.

very cool property I like it
no Jacuzzi suites

The remodel left the rooms spacious and comfortable. The area is developed very well with nice dining and entertainment options. Parking was secure and convenient.
The bedding was not changed. I could smell the cologne of the previous guest. The night clerk seemed a little disheveled and overworked and seemed skittish about security. The added fees were disheartening and seemed like a cheap dig.
