This Hotel is not what You expect. if you are going to stay at this location be prepared for a Drug Addict infestation a

The Restaurants, Convenient Stores and Wal Mart was all in walking distance from the Hotel!

When first arriving I was expecting to confirm My Reservation and show ID and Give a card to put on file for the Reservation made through Booking. Com. I booked rooms for other Hotels that says No Prepayment is needed but for some reason He felt He needed to Charge Me when checking in. I wouldn’t mind if He had Charged the Guest that was checking In rite before Me. I felt that because of My Race being African American is why! We stayed at this location for a total of 4 days and when I extended My reservation the agent checked Me out and checked Me back in which made My room Fee rise to 117.00 when I have never had a Hotel do that before. This Hotel had so many Drug Addicts in and around the place that when I pulled out the sofa bed My 7 yr old son pointed out a Used Needle in the crack of the bed. I took pictures and didn’t use or sit on the couch the whole visit. My Brother and His Friend stopped to visit Me while I was in The area and while I ran to Walmart His friend had went to the lobby to use the WI-FI because it didn’t work in my actual room and He was interrogated and harassed because The Agent hadn’t seen Him before and made My Roommate come down stairs to verify that He was at our room. The neighbor across from Our room had His Door cracked the whole time we was there and had the TV so loud You could hear it down the hall , I was alerted to a bump on our wall from the hall way and when I opened the Door I was not ready for what o would see, the neighbor was putting his trash beside my door that was full of beer cans and liquor bottles. He also had a Button down shirt that was opened and He was NAKED from the Waist down! I asked Him why He was by my door and why He didn’t have any clothes on but He kept walking towards his room and shut the door as if He Didn’t hear Me .

VERY BAD EXPERINCE

NOTHING. THERE IS NOTHING GOOD ABOUT THIS PLACE

Very dirty place. The room was nasty, yellow stains on the bed cover and pillows. very very nasty. the pillows were at leas 10+ years old. I had to put mt t-shirt of over it before putting my face on it. I slept without a bed cover, this how nasty this place is. The bathroom is nasty as well. the bath tub is gross and the towels are full of stains and they smell like sh..t. tHE whole place smile like sh..t will not recommend this place for anyone. The pictures on the website are misleading. DON' GO TO THIS PLACE.

The bed was comfortable. Clean linens and nice size room

The elevator smelled like mold and mildew. The tub was full of rust. Carpet felt wet, the hallway carpet was full of stains. For $150 plus $50 deposit I expected something better.

I didn’t like this property at all if I could give it a 0 I would .

The property claimed to be a 100% smoke free and every room I had got because I requested a change twice they all had a strong cigarette smell . The sheets were dirty everywhere looked so unsanitary. I wouldn’t recommend this property to anyone . So sad .

the location.

the staff were rude, the hotel had an old mildew smell, we seen roaches in the first room they put us in and the a/c only went from 59 degrees straight to 70 degrees.

High hopes ending in disappointment

Located in an area within walking distance to several fast food restaurants and a couple of stores.

I saw the poor reviews but gave it the benefit of the doubt. La Quinta usually has very nice updated rooms. The outside looked inviting. Check in staff was a bit snarky but nice upon arrival. The next day, not so much. Needed a key card replaced as it was no longer working. No one was available at the front for 15 mins. Finally found a housekeeper to help get someone. Our room needed lots of TLC. Bedding was stained. Paint job on walls was not too great. Chairs had holes in upholstery. Bed felt wet. It could have been the air conditioning temperature in the room. Breakfast was decent.

Hotel Hell-Hole!!!!!!

I had 2 rooms, My two Daughters stayed in one room. These rooms were an embarrassment to me getting them this room to stay in and this "Hotel" should be an embarrassment to LaQuinta and Wyndam to have their nam associated with this Hell Hole. Those two lovely young Women didn't deserve to stay in that nasty place. It was late when we checked in so we had no choice. If you want pictures please email me [email protected]

WI've been to other LaQuinta locations and they've all exceeded my expectations, but this place e needs to be shut down for construction or better yet destroyed. If anyone wants pictures please email me [email protected] The walls have holes, old spider webs with dust in them, wall corners damaged, the floor comes up and down when walking on it, the shower floor was painted and the paint stopped up the drain, and there was no toilet paper. They even had the nerve to take a $50 deposit for both rooms "just in case I did damage". In my eyes I thought that was a set-up to take my money just to say that something was damaged. If this is the only place that has open rooms, sleep in your vehicle!!!!! Forget to mention the Black Mold too.

Bed bugs bite all night

Nothing at all it was the worst night Ibe ever spent in a hotel.

I didn't like the inconsiderate staff , the extremely dirty room or the fact that I was given a room infested with bed bugs . When I let the front desk know they did not change my room , comp. My stay or offer a refund . Instead I was told that the manager wasn't available and there wasn't much they could do in the situation

The breakfast staff was nice and friendly she kept the area clean and stocked.

The communication with the staff. We traveled from out of town and we have gotten a call but we missed it from putting in gas and called back right away and no answer and we called multiple times. When we got to the hotel he had sold our room and we had to get a new room that was two hundred dollars extra and the room was dirty and broken down.

Really bad experience.

The staff is always nice and the location of the hotel is great.

Sitting in bed watching tv and noticed bed bugs crawling right next to me. I Got up to a inspection and they were under my bed pillows and under my mattress. I had to leave in the middle of the night. I've never discovered this problem at this location but I don't think I would ever stay there again. I really hate that I had a bad experience because I really liked this place.

VERY DISAPPOINTING

GUY WHO CHECKED US IN WAS NICE.

WE HAD LOOKED SO FORWARD TO THIS STAY, OUR 50TH WEDDING ANNIVERSARY. THE ROOM WAS HIDIOUS, SMELLED, LEAKING FAUCETS, FLOOR WAS ALL BROKEN UP AND FELT LIKE WAS GONNA FALL THROUGH, ROACHES CRAWLING ALL OVER OUR STUFF, PILLOWS WERE DAMP, WE STAYED 2 HOURS AND DECIDED TO GO HOME. SO DISAPPOINTED.
