Niente
Stanze sporche e maleodoranti con presenza di scarafaggi . Sangue e peli pubici nelle lenzuola . Inoltre nelle parti comuni si aggirano tipi poco raccomandabili ….

Not a single thing.
The room does not look anything like the pictures on the website. They were roaches and have a lot of activity during quiet hours. I couldn’t sleep all night since they were towing cars and the alarms were blasting all over the parking lot. One guest knocked on my door at 4am looking for the manager.

It was in a decent area with easy access to the freeway
It needs to be fumigated because there were a couple of roaches in our bathroom

Nothing
Everything. Rude staff. Terrible rooms. Check in / out facilities were terrible. Rooms had no privacy. Toilet was broken, shower awful, could hear literally everything from outside and the other rooms. No consideration for guests. Unreasonable deposit with no guarantee of it back. I’ve stayed in a lot of places all over the world but this was hands down the worst value for money. Could not recommend it any less.

Room relatively clean
It looks unsafe. Pool was dirty.
They said pet friendly but it’s only DOG friendly- didn’t allow cats, they should change their website and say dog friendly only!

the woman running the desk was relatively nice and willing to work with me to the best of her abilities.
ABSOLUTELY NOT AS ADVERTISED.
I didn’t even have the opportunity to stay here, I immediately left the premises and am now fighting the owner and Booking for a refund.
this place is absolutely disgusting, completely misrepresented and has no usable facilities.
they claimed that the entire city of Pasadena wouldn’t have power for half of the night which was a complete lie clearly to save money. they’re claiming Covid as an excuse to let this place become a dump and homeless shelter while charging the average cost of a 3 star hotel you would find in Alhambra.
on inspection, there were women in the front of the establishment using drugs, the parking lot is completely destroyed, strange men were lurking on the facility hollering at women. it’s extremely loud, the chairs and sheets inside of the rooms were clearly dirty and unwashed. the walls were painted over and set up with cheap fixtures in an attempt to make the place look better, but there is a light funk in both of the rooms I requested to look at. the elevator smelled of urine and there were stains all over the concrete. the pool is disgusting and broken up, the curtains didn’t close fully in either room and the door handle on the first had a strange film on it when trying to leave.
inside the main lobby everything is covered in dust, poorly lit, closed off from guest use and hoarded with cheap furniture and finishes. the area is in an unsafe neighborhood and during check in a man came in behind me to ask whether it was part of LAs attempt to turn hotels in section 8 housing. when doing a deeper dive into this place, I found the same complaints and have been completely misled by Booking.com. don’t stay here unless you’re looking to get scammed out of money.
I wouldn’t even give this a 1 star as a hotel. there are homeless shelters that are better maintained than this place and I’m extremely disappointed in the obvious slumlord who owns this establishment.

It is a good location and value
Room has marble counters and shower which are in need of care. The hotel requires a 100$ security deposit. Which they saw won't be returned for 5-7 business days. Rude and insulting.

It was in close proximity to where I needed to be..
I requested a sauna/whirlpool when I made the reservation. When I checked in I was told the sauna was down due to electrical problems but that there are private whirlpools in each room.
The "whirlpool" was a big bath and water the came out of the ceiling and made the bathroom soaked.
The shower water pressure and temperature was terrible. The shower handle was broken.

My only gripe is the traffic noise. However, because they put in a room without anyone next door or below me, o give them 10/10.
just the traffic noise

Would have given a "5" for the staff, but young "don't give a hoot" attitude young lady, checked me in. No "hello" no eye contact. Appeared bored and not happy to be there. By comparison, Rosie answered all of my question before booking, and unfortunately, upon arrival, she'd left and didn't get to meet. Also, another Lady was great upon check out. Kudos to both! Perhaps hiring seasoned, mature staff, that want a job might be considered once this pandemic left over "don't want to work" workforce gets ousted?
Hospitality business can be tough but hiring people that have a "can do attitude", and want to be there, should be considered. It makes the difference between "we want to book again: vs NOT?
Not major issues for short stays, but the hot faucet wasn't working, and tile floor in bathroom could've used a liltle moping. It appeared to still have mud from shoes making contact with perhaps slightly wet floor?
