easy to find the gentleman that runs it is super nice as well. the pool was not freezing cold like most. if we needed something we got it right away. breakfast was good as well. beds comfortable and everything worked properly as well. the price was great too.
could have been a little cleaner ( trash under bed hair in bathroom and tub)

We liked it was close to interstate, nice options to grab something to eat also.

Friendly staff, continental breakfast. Good price. Not a fancy hotel but the room and hotel were clean. Decent mattress on the beds
Not that I didn’t like it but maybe rotate the continental breakfast option. Have eggs for instance some days instead of biscuits and gravy. Food was totally fine though.
A towel hook in bathroom would be good

Absolutely nothing.
Disgusting, terrible breakfast, and bugs.

The pool was warm and place was clean
We couldn’t get clean towels and our room was never cleaned or trash picked up and the staff was very rude when we asked for towels
3.4
The place was pet friendly and there were several areas and doors to exit to take my dog outside.
The swimming pool had little bugs floating in the water and there were no towels provided in the pool area.

I understand due to Covid but breakfast could’ve been a little better

the room was clean and nice, bed was very comfortable
pool was not working, maid supplies were just piled in the hallway at the top of the stairs, vacuum was just in the hall plugged in with cord in the walkway. every night when we got back we needed to get new room keys. for some reason they reset every day. No breakfast was served, but when we checked in, the room where it would be served was very messy and could be seen from the desk area. hotel itself could use some updates, but the rooms were nice. like that they had hard floors and no carpet. also seems like there are a few full time residents that stay here as one room was using a grill outside. our faucet handle in our room was falling off, and the tub drained slowly. also the hotel laundry room door was always open and again quite messy. just closing some doors would make the visual ambiance of this place more appealing. I can see why it’s $50 less than every other hotel on the area

staff were working their butts off to deal with a plumbing issue caused by a guest they were accommodating and you formed us three had just stepped in to take over the hotel from the last management. their effort was noticed
the damage but they’re are taking huge steps to correct the issues
