Breakfast was good, as expected. Friendly staff and clean room, as always. Very fair cost. I'll be back.

Quiet comfortable room. Laundry facilities were a def Plus. Staff was amazing
The fact that the rooms heating unit would not regulate. It was really cold to extreme heat the next. The window seal was bad. Had a constant draft and could see the curtains moving from the air coming in

Clean
Had to wait to check in, unusually long as the staff was on a call.

Staff noticed I was injured right away and went above and beyond to accommodate us and especially to make sure I was comfortable.
I have zero complaints

Clean and nice staff.
Room was very damp. Sheets were clean but damp.

Room was very comfortable

No screen on the window. No locks on the window. Open window allows a person to climb in or out onto room. Didn’t feel safe.

Breakfast was what we needed at the time.
Nothing that I can think of at this time.

Location was good. Bed was fairly comfortable.
Hotel is a little run down outside and inside. Rooms seriously need a refresh and nicer lighting. Carpet in our room clearly hadn’t been vacuumed. We were in room 101 which is handicapped accessible, and bathroom has never had an update. So institutional looking. Terrible water pressure, and the hose to the hand held shower head has mold in it. Breakfast options very limited.

The rate was expensive and the hotel outdated . Ceiling in room was patched up . Bed uncomfortable. Smell of dampness. Never will them again.
There was nothing to like about it. Maybe the location. But much better updated hotel near by…

I liked the very clean room, quiet place, comfortable beds, nice and accommodating hotel personnel, fast check-in, and check-out. Breakfast is acceptable: hot and cold drinks, bagles and cream cheese, toasted bread, hard-boiled eggs, waffles, muffins, cereal, etc.
Breakfast would be much better with scrambled eggs, sausage, and bacon.

breakfast. Comfort of the room

it was a wonderful place for the price. my only complaint was it would have been nice if more of the snow would have been pushed out. But honestly i would stay again
clean and comfortable

Breakfast ok. Need good quality orange juice.
The manager asked my name three times and took a long time to check me into the hotel. I think he didn't know the software program well.

size and set up of room was fantastic
lights in our room didn’t all work, couch looked dirty,

The bathroom, while quite large, was not heated so we had to keep the door propped open with the wastebasket to heat it from the room. It was January in Iowa so quite cold. The bathroom ceiling fan was missing. Also the exit door from the hallway to the outside had a sign posted that it was closed, a bit confusing if needed as an emergency exit. Was it locked or not?? Our room was large, clean, bed was good.

Nothing negative to say.

Room was clean and nicely decorated
Bathroom was very small.. heating unit was very temperamental. Either too hot or too cold. Bed was extremely hard.

Friendly staff and clean facility
bananas were too ripe and it’s not a Buffett type breakfast
9.0
The staff and facilities were perfect. Friendly and efficient from check in to check out. Very clean surroundings and staff very on top of breakfast area cleaning and food replenishment.
The only problem we had was a horrible upstairs guest stomping around at all hours and then starting all over again with large banging and shower running at 4am. The barking from their dog did not help either.
