Great hotel!!

Always clean. Front desk staff was excellent.

Would not recommend.

The hotel is closely situated to main roads in the area and easily accessed. The staff was pleasant.

The hotel had a strong air freshener smell masking other odors that caused significant nausea. The bathtub did not drain. The floors were dirty requiring shoes at all times. The bathroom was very cramped.

We needed a place to spend the night. It was affordable and sufficient. Not enough

Accessible.

Bathroom was very dirty. No attention to detail. Cheezits from a previous traveler on the floor. Not enough eggs in breakfast….all gone and not replenished.

Very good

The staff were nice and breakfast was good.

Our room had an unclean toilet. Meaning a turd was already in it. And we found a dirty sock in the room also. Other than that, the beds were made and clean and so was the rest of the bathroom.

Great hotel, staff very helpful, clean rooms, breakfast good. Just never using Booking. Com again

Facility was excellent no problem with the facility just have issues with Booking. Com and their charges that were not as described. Paid more than was originally told.

Would of been better off in the end just booking through hotel and not using Booking.com. I was charged more than original quote and issue with booking dates when all I was doing was extended my stay. Cost more to use this service in the end would of saved if I just walked up to the hotel counter and extended my stay through hotel instead of using a service I thought saved money but infact charged more. The hotel itself was excellent.

Very good

It was wonderful to have a hot breakfast. I loved the waffles and orange juice. The bed was great.

Would have preferred the option to eat breakfast in my room.

Met the purpose of my stay, but far more complicated that it should have been.

Hotel really struggled with third party reservation. They didn't check me in and then double charged me for the room and I'm still trying to get it cleaned up.

Overpriced and dirty

Close to our event

Way overpriced for the quality of the room. Dirty and run down. Damaged bathroom door, rocking toilet, dirty floors, light switch broken off—operate dangerously with a house key, carpet torn. No other choice for us. I’ll stay away from this chain in the future.

Easy in and out staff was good and friendly even with all they were handling. We had to end our vacation early and they were very understanding and we got a refund.

Room was small and not enough setting only one chair and it was a desk chair

Front desk was awesome even at 4am when we got there. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable.
