It was just ok!

It was close tot a few restaurants and bars!

They said breakfast available but only had waffles and cereal and cold coffee! I feel they need to be specific on breakfast items so people don’t wake up thinking it’s the same as other quality inn that serve more then just waffles and cereal. The cleaning could be better some areas weee not as clean. And the room smelled maybe adding some air freshers for rooms would have been better! Lastly turning on AC before occupants come in would have been nice!

Filthy dirty, lashes on Mirror, stained bed sheets stained towels. Front desk person horrible attitude attempted to call front desk multiple times and no answer

Definitely not what was advertised

King sized bed.

The condition of the hotel, the room we stayed in was run down and dirty. Had a very bad smell in it. Definitely not worth the money we paid for it. They need to relearn the definition of QUALITY. It was the furthest away from quality.... the sheets were dirty, stained, tv was small, the carpet was torn, and the bathroom door was so rusty it was hard to open. The shower curtain didn't even cover the whole shower so water got out. Wouldn't recommend this place.... a

Disappointed in the pictures it looked very Fancy and neat but when we got there it was not very n

There was no breakfast, supposed to be between 7-10, we went down at 9:15 on a Sunday and to our as surprise no breakfast, my kids left the hotel with hunger.

There was stains on the bed covers, the bathroom floor was dirty.

Total crap

Stayed for a week, was only cleaned by housekeeping once after complaining several times. Room was dirty. Nothing worked properly. Hotel manager claimed policy was to only clean every 3 days. Breakfast was a joke. The entire hotel smelled of mildew and cigarettes.

staff was extremely rude and wouldn’t accommodate me even though I had called ahead and advised them that I would be arriving early and willing to pay the early check in cost. The water wasn’t working until Saturday so had no hot water

I would not ever recommend or stay at this facility and I am a travel agent.

Breakfast was ok. I am being nice!

The facility was not of quality at all. I lost two clients due to the poor conditions of this facility. There is leaking pipes, the rooms are dirty, the tv did not work. One of the employees allowed a couple to argue in the lobby. This was disturbing as a guest. My clients left due to the poor conditions. I stayed one night and left. Hoping the service would be better.

Nice staff very courteous for everything we asked for. Cups, tea bags, coffee. Sheets and bed were clean. Bathroom clean

Entrance way dirty, hotel is dark. Breakfast is minimal. No cups or coffee in room. Very few cups at breakfast. No tissues. Shower leaked into main room. Wall beside bed dirty. Closet missing door pull. Strong incense smell.

The staff was sleeping all the time the Housekeeping was terrible, even the towels are smelling very badly the washroom pot was moving smelling dust and the manager was like its COVID hey there COVID has nothing todo with unwashed towels pathetic

Very disappointed in the cleanliness.

The front desk person was new. He needed help checking me in, but was friendly.

The bathroom was very dirty. The tub was white but had a gray soap scum covering it. The white face cloth had a yellow stain. There was grime in the corners. Spots randomly throughout the bathroom. Black specks in the sheets. They put a lone female traveler on the first floor facing the parking lot. Free breakfast consisted of stale muffins, juice, coffee, and tea.
