Unhappy

Staff was nice.

I booked a non-smoking room. The room reeked of smoke, my son had an asthma attack, and the room stunk was not given a different room but given an air freshener, which didn't help. The ceiling texture appeared to be cracked, pealing, and hanging.

Great location!

Room was very hot and bed uncomfortable. I have had breakfast at manny hotel and breakfast here was terrible low quality.

Overall it was a great stay would come again.

Having a room next door to family was great. Having a corner room made things a lot easily, right next to stairwell. The room was big enough to move around without moving ,things.

Who made the eggs? Need to work on ,Eggs dry, and in pieces. Breakfast was great except for eggs.

Walls were thin..... could easily hear people in the hallway. and the guests upstairs from us were running around all night and we could here their conversation.

I felt like I was at home.

The room was clean welcoming and the bed was comfortable also the bathroom was clean and had plenty of towels no complaints here. I would absolutely recommend your facilities to a friend.

Not the greatest.

it was located near many food places, easy access.

we specifically got this hotel for the pool, paid $230 online, arrived and was told I needed to pay $250 deposit also. $480!!! total which was not specified on the site. Pool was Terrible and cold. my daughter wouldn’t even put her feet in because it was so cold. our second to last day there, the ENTIRE building smelt like gas including the lobby. I asked the front desk about it because it was very concerning as my 2 year old daughter was with me. they said it was coming from the second floor as they are gluing something down…? not sure why it would make the entire building reek of gas.. suspicious but okay. our last day we asked the front desk when we should receive our deposit back and he said after checkout it should go back onto the card at some point that day, it has been almost 2 weeks and still nothing!!!

Super value, super clean, super comfortable; with food options nearby.

The rennovation of this property has been wonderfully done. No skimping and exceptional for the price point. Hard to believe it but the owners were able to put four lamps where you would want them in the room with the same color quality, a sitting chair, desk chair, microwave and mini-fridge, and king bed all matching. Quiet and secure this will be our travel overnight go to when passing thru. Well done, proving it can be done and should be expected as a standard.

The desk attendant on the morning shift was a bit streched to keep up with the breakfast crowd in addition to the desk duties. That said, there were eggs and sausages available in addition to the standard carb-fest.
