Instalaciones perfectas pero el personal mejorable

El desayuno está muy bien y la habitación también.

Envíe mensaje al alojamiento porque se me olvidó el cargador del móvil para comprobar que estaba allí y nunca me contestaron. Tuve que volver durante dos horas en coche para comprobar en persona que estaba allí. Por suerte pude recuperar el cargador del móvil, pero no el adaptador (todo estaba junto...)

Perfect for an overnight stay while drive cross country.

It was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was also in a great location to get to restaurants. Staff were very friendly too. Very good value.

Furious customer

It was clean, staff was polite.

I am furious that they require a deposit of $100 where other hotels in the same area do not. But even though, we left the room clean and intact, we even removed our own garbage and the staff who checked us out said the deposit would be returned after 11 am 2/28/2024 - it is still not returned, and my bank doesn't hold money when it's returned. So the faculty is still holding onto the money and for what reason? This reason alone is why I'll never ever go there again. I will book with another hotel that doesn't treat customers this way. $100 is a lot of money these days.

I am so pleased with the Surestay all the way around. All the staff there deserve a Christmas bonus

I flew from Tucson, Arizona to Chicago O'Hare for my mother's memorial and to visit lifelong friends. The location of the SureStay was excellent as I took the Van Galder bus to Rockford and the bus terminal was right across the street from the motel. My relatives ate a lot at the Thunder Bay Grill next door so that was a great asset as well. The staff of the SureStay all were fantastic especially Vee, the lady at the front desk; she was extremely kind and answered all my questions. All staff were great there at the front desk and the cleaning crew were also fantastic. You all get an A+ as I work in education. When I come back to Rockford, my hometown, next year, I am definitely coming back to the SureStay. The SureStay is in a great location, very clean, friendly staff, great breakfast, and offers great value prices.

The road noise is a little loud in front of the building so I asked to be moved into the back of the building and it was quiet and I loved it!!!!

Good value, good location, room was a little above average for that price range.

Comfortable bed, good wi-fi. Breakfast was modest but adequate and a nice way to save money. Good location, near the interstate and many amenities.

Nothing bothered me. Close location to interstate might disturb light sleepers, but didn't matter at all to me.

bright lights and easy to find the bed is ok. shower water is ok. staff friendly

the cleanliness is not good, seeing hair on the bathroom wall and pillows. no fan in the bathroom. indoor circulation is bad. bad smell like CBD in the room

extremely bad

Since entered the room it smells horrible, hotel has only few rooms occupied, it look deserted, reception lady handle reception, cleaning, breakfast, helping the manager, and more. now open your eyes!!, I found a rat in my room, I asked the manager to check me out and credit me the nights left for the week, Manager (reception said his name is nick) refused, I called the police, Police as expected suggested take hotel to court, manager promised to catch the rat very soon!!, and he replied in dumb way, “you never got a rat in your house?” a rat in the third floor means they are everywhere in that hotel, I can tell the walls are Hollow, and manager knows his hotel walls are full of rats. Don’t go this route. Manager did not give refund deposit as retaliation for this!, time to repot the Theft to BBB.

Best hotel for the money.

The rooms were exceptional everything is new. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we got breakfast before we had to leave early to catch plane. Very friendly.

Couldn't find anything we didn't like.
