I was disappointed in the quality, but the staff was very accommodating

The front desk gentleman was awesome. The location was God for our needs.

The room was poor quality and the person above us loved to stomp as they walked. It wasn't the staff’s that fault corporate chooses how much they want to invest.

Not pleasant and not a place I will ever consider staying in again.

Was treated very rudely by Steven at check in - he actually told us we could not stay, even though I had paid for the room. He mistakenly said that my driver's license was expired. We were very tired and anxious to get to the room I had reserved 6 months earlier, and he was very unpleasant. We thought we would not haves accommodations for the night.

The room had little to no furniture, no bedside table. Bathroom vanity was extremely small. Floor was not carpeted and was sticky under our feet.

Very good

I had a quick trip to Ann Arbor. I did not eat breakfast as I had to leave early in the morning. It was an ok hotel. I just needed a place to lay my head. I would recommend it for a quick stay but not necessarily for those vacationing.

Excellent value! Cozy clean large room with comfy beds. Staff makes sure you have all you need. Great location too!

it was good, not great

The breakfast was a joke! Granola bars, muffins and coffee are hardly breafast... The hotel was a bxxxxx to find. The roads are poorly lit and the sineage is execrable. I liked the iron and the ironing board.

The breakfast could have been a lot better.

the front desk staff did all she could to give good customer service.

the first room we were given had not been made up. and the housekeeping cart was still in the room.

Updated room, nice staff - they were incredible helpful with check-in. People were arriving at two different times due to snowy/icy roads.

There are two hotels with the same name close to each other. When we called to confirm both names were on the reservation the initial person we spoke to at corporate was not helpful. Called back to talk to the front desk, who informed us of this issue. On site people are great, info should be passed on to corporate.

the location was good for our purposes (a quick stop in Ann Arbor). The room was comfortable, quiet, and clean.

Sraff was welcoming and friendly. That's was the positive

Outdated facilities. Not clean. Lobby area small and not enough room for social distancing. Front desk we had to ring a bell for 100% of our service.

Passable

Location to the U of M stadium was great. After game easy accessibility to freeway and out of town. Bed was comfortable.

No vending in building. Room carpet old and torn. Just not what you expect for 317 plus tax etc. Definitely 2 stars and that's being generous. If this room would have been like 85.00 I would have gave it 3 stars.

Comfortable, quiet and relaxing

Overall, it was a pleasant experience and the location so close to the mall was a big + for us. Most definitely will stay again when we visit.

Good value for simple accomodation.

Staff greeting us were friendly and helpful. They had the information about our reservation available. They attended to us promptly and explained the facility well. The staff at the front desk in the morning were equally friendly and helpful. They kept the breakfast nook filled.

The instructions on accessing the WiFi system could have been better. The room was clean but it did have an odd smell. The beds were perhaps a little too firm and the pillows were a little thin.

Pleasant

It was relatively cheaper than other hotels in the area. Close to the mall.

Check-in took forever; it was a busy night and there was only one lady at the reception. But the hotel asks for so much information that it felt like I'm going through a border control. It's not even a fancy hotel. Unnecessary.
