Enjoyed it!

The breakfast didn't look very tempting. we went elsewhere for breakfast. The mattress was incredible. We liked the extra pillows.

Did not stay was charged anyhow

Did not stay checked in , went to room old not up to date run down walked out asked for a refund was denied.

Did not reach expectations maybe a 20$ room at best didn’t even stay was charged

Superb

Our original room was still dirty upon arrival. They switched us to a clean/ available room near the water facilities.

Too many kids in the pool area. The older children were wrestling & splashing. The younger kids didn’t stand a chance. The older kids needed parental supervision. But the parents didn’t care!

staff was great kids loved the pool!

the kids had a blast at the pool

the pool area could’ve been warmer. the pool could’ve been warmer. the slide hours were only 4-9 so that meant we had to find something to do during the day which wasn’t expected. wait for a room was a bit long considering checkout was at 11 maybe they need more staff. manager made it right!

restful place , the pool was enjoyed by my grandson when he came to visit at a minimal cost.

The location was great for us.

we had a fair bit of issues with the key cards not working. The microwave in our room did not work.

If you’re going to place people in a room so beat up as ours don’t expect people to stay there.

we stayed here 3 separate times. First 2 visits were good & I have no complaints. Third trip we were placed on 3rd floor in a room they should have been ashamed of. Furniture was scratched with long scratches that looked like someone had scratched with keys or sharp object. Coffee table was broken with a support slat totally gone. despite 2 good stays ; the 3rd stay has made me resolve to never stay here again. I have already stayed at another hotel my 4th trip which was same price but we’ll kept .

My first room was unmade and I had to be relocated.

Kids loved the waterpark. Breakfast was bettet than some.

Wished the slide had been open before noon since checkout is at 11.

great place for family’s to stay.

it was clean, comfortable, roomy, the waterpark was great fun for the family.

we wanted a place to get away for the night and have something fun for the kids. we were very pleased with our stay, the cost for a one night stay was a bit pricey, would love to see deals made available for different times.

Everything would have been better if the morning employee wouldn’t had kept pestering me and my family while trying to fix and eat breakfast … very annoying.

nice place

water slide didn’t open till noon. had a late arrival so thought we could enjoy in morning but it opened at check out time. we still swam in morning and most things the grandkids got to enjoy.

their was never someone at front desk the employees didn’t know where anything was or what time things started their wasn’t enough towels the staff was all a bunch of teenagers
