Transphobic dot head Indians

The staff are quite possibly the rudest I’ve encountered in my years. They made it very clear right from the get go that they didn’t want a transgender woman on their property by trying to refuse me the room that I had already booked and paid for by arguing with me that my ID was not accepted because it says I’m a man. After 30 minutes of arguing with them they finally gave me the room and then asked me to please stay inside the room because having me on their property would attract clientele that they don’t want there

As you can tell by what I likes about it was apparently nothing. The onsite laundry is way overpriced and the machines steal your money and guess what, they would lift a finger to figure it out ! Obviously they needed my money more than I did

I had a place to lay my head

A bit high rates for the type of stay and appearance of place it was like the Vegas in but I did have a place to stay temporarily but would not

The appearance was not up to part I had to get a key everyday due to the fact it was activated for one day and I stay for three it wasa bit

The bathroom had a cockroach crawling around, the smoke detector was missing, no usb plugs to use for a phone charger. Felt very unsafe there.

It was comfortable for a couple of days. Conveniet for who I was visiting

not coffee maker in room, not TV guide for Channels in room or on TV.

There was no breakfast!!

The rooms need a detail cleaning. Walls in the restroom was nasty, spider webs hanging in ceiling,floor needed to be vacuum, and the tub need to be clean good as well as the toilet.Just the whole room need a deep cleaning. But I only needed to sleep there for a few hours before getting back on road... So for the price it was fair,just need to be cleaned better,especially the bathroom.

Not worth the money

The location was perfect where we needed to be to get to our event.

The guy who checked us in was not so polite. At night I don’t know what noise was going on somewhere around us but it was quite annoying. Our sink backed up. There was food still left in the mini fridge making me question how clean the rooms were. Overall it was just quite shotty for $70.

The whole experience was excellent, parking, the room, the service from office employees was excellent! Will stay again should we be in the area.

The location.

The first night the room was not cleaned. Bed looked slept in, food wrappers on table, dirty towels, used soap. Though I had no intention of staying another night I was told that I could not stay more than one extra night because sometimes hobos come and try and stay! Don’t understand what that had to do with me.

Defiantly not a hotel to stay more than a night or 2.

The setup of the property is nice. No elevators or people above or below you stomping.

The room appeared to be clean until you wiped the counter down and seen all the dirt on it. Walls were disgusting. Wouldn’t of stayed there if there was another hotel with availability. Fridge in the room didn’t work at all. Front staff was rude.

The toilet wasn't fixed to the floor and leaned when sat upon.
