Comfort, convenience, staff, breakfast, coffee/tea, pool... all of these were benefits enjoyed

Location is excellent for walking distance to food and department stores. Location is not for aesthetic view. We were here for business and an event. The view was not a necessity, so final conclusion is this location was excellent for us.

Husband hated the too lumpy king bed. The head literally sloped down. An older, rehab hotel.

overall i would say it was 5/10 for the hotel

staff was friendly,

breakfast room was under construction from water damaged a few months back. hottub wasnt working..... pool room was cold, window was open and floor fan was aimed at window.

Comfortable room, good breakfast.

The rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.

Hot tub out of service, pool was too cold to swim, we were told our children were too loud after we had been in our room for 2 minutes. There was no plug for the bathtub to give my small children a bath and the shower had black stuff all over it.

I think I will pay more somewhere else for better accommodations.

price was competitive. free breakfast was what you get for what you pay. We did not eat there more than once. Location was good. staff was friendly and helpful.

Only one chair in the room. Had to ask for another chair so one of us didn't have to sit on the bed. there was painter's tape on a couple of the walls. a wall outlet was missing the cover. dining room ceiling was collapsed. clothes hook in bath room was about to fall off because was missing a screw and other screw was loose.

I would not stay at this hotel again, nor would I recommend it.

We chose this hotel because of its location and because its one of few hotels that have a hot tub.

When we walked into the lobby, we immediately noticed the hole in the ceiling where there was broken and missing tiles. In the pool room, the door that led to the outside was not secure and did not latch. The walls in the room were not well insulated, making it hard to fall asleep due to the neighbors talking late into the night. Breakfast didn't start until 7, so some of us didn't get to partake due to needing to be at our event early.

We've stayed at Country Inns several times and this one looks like it needs upgraded.

Breakfast was good. Our room was clean. Bathroom needs upgraded.

Not something that probably could have been helped, but ceiling in the dining area had fallen in.

Not recommended

Front desk lady was very kind and helpful.

We paid $155 including tax for one night -- way too much for bathrooms with mold. I tried to resolve this issue without posting a review but I emailed twice with no reply. Some are from the first room and some are from the second after we asked to switch rooms. Just not acceptable.

We were given a room that had no air conditioning and no blackout blinds. I filed a complaint a week and a half ago and they have done nothing to address it. Still waiting for a reply ten days later.

Good hotel, right off the interstate.

Clean, comfortable, good breakfast (coffee excepted).

The only coffee available in the morning was hazelnut. Flavored coffee is unnecessary and disgusting.

Not quite worth the price.

The breakfast was good. Good variety. The bed was very comfortable. The hot tub was the perfect temperature.

There was a dirty sheet left on the floor of my closet. In addition, I did find hair in the tub. The door between the two rooms of my suite as well as the bathroom door did not shut very well. That was not a huge deal though. I think for me the part that bothered me the most was the vent on the hairdryer. It was absolutely disgusting.

Enjoyable stay, definitely recommend for a short stay.

Very friendly and accommodating staff. The kids loved the pool equipped with a few pool noodles & inflatable toys. The hot tub was also a hit.

Overall it was an enjoyable stay.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The poor and hot tub were open and clean. The free breakfast was good but was some of the hot food was not replenished after 8:30 but we were told was open until 9:30.

The room still had garbage on the floor and some of the facilities looked like they had been cleaned quickly, skipping over some details but it wasn’t awful.
