We were 3 Adults and 3 kids and it worked out.

Good location, we were on route to Texas. Very nice breakfast.

Accommodations that actually accommodated the guests! Great nights sleep.

Nothing about the stay waa extraordinary- at first. One man made the entire experience extremely comfortable. I wish I could recall his name but my old age betrays my recollection. This staff member must have been an engineer of sorts- as he was not stationed as desk staff. My cousin and I are 2 elderly women and we have mobility issues and degenerating spines. Lugging our baggage is quite physically demanding...and this man went out of his way to offer assistance with the transportation of our luggage. After we wrapped up breakfast, he politely introduced himself and offered his assistance. Its people like him that make this world a better place. What an asset to the property. I hope they treat him well, as he treats patrons well and that is why I will keep coming to the property. He spoke spanish, and was so kind and respectful. How refreshing! The art of hospitality is scarce, but this gentleman encompasses all that is hospitable. Please share my commendations and recognize his excellent work.

Because of the gentleman described in the previous response-I cannot recall what I wasn't thrilled with.

Good Stay

The room was spacious, the bathroom too. Everything was clean. Nothing to complain about.

The walls were thin and we could hear the neighbors' TV.

Good night in Santa Fe.

The Hotel was close to the venue I was attending plus the early breakfast allowed me to get a good meal before an early family gathering. I've never seen green chili served at an included breakfast, the food was awesome!

The Hotel isn't visible from the main street, without maps giving directions you could easily drive past it over and over again.

We had a pleasant stay at a modern-looking facility, with friendly staff who went the extra mile.

Breakfast was basic, but fully met my expectations (i.e., selection of items, cleanliness, ambience). The hotel has a swimming pool, which would fit young families.

The architecture of the room could be better: the layout of the closet, in particular, could be improved, thereby leading to better space utilization.

Won’t stay there again.

Zero!! High crime area!!

The hotel manager didn’t bother telling ANYONE that you have a 99% chance of your car getting broke into. Which ours did. Stole everything they reach plus $8000 worth of damage to the vehicle. THIS HAPPENS NIGHTLY!!

Clean and we felt safe

We had to stand at the Front desk twice because the lady was either outside or off somewhere. Also the breakfast sucked. Not happy and the Holiday inn in Guymon Oklahoma breakfast was awesome and fresh. The turkey breakfast sausage was so dry I couldn't chew it and the omelette was dry . Not good. Wife said we won't be back if they can't give fresh food...

We went on a winter vacation. Santa Fe was our last stop back to the South Texas Gulf Coast. It was close enough to the square and perfect to get on the Interstate. We thought it was brand new, but was told it was remodeled a few years ago.

I don’t think I will stay at this hotel again, I would rather try other places.

good location, great staff,

the rooms are too noisy, the rooms are not insulated enough to keep the noise down. kids were screaming in their room and in the hallway, I know this is a parenting problem and nothing the hotel can control.
