Rooms and carpeting throughout are in need of upgrades

The location was convenient for our visit purpose, the St Charles Hospital

The carpet is extremely worn. It was bunched up and sagging in the middle. I tripped on it multiple times. Aside from being a trip hazard it was very badly stained. In our room every piece of furniture was worn, chipped, and stained. The carpet was less saggy but still just as stained. The best part of the stay was that there was no mold in the bathroom, and the linens were clean. The room wasn't worth the price.

Dobra lokalizacja, na piechotkę do centrum Bend, które jest ładnym miasteczkiem. W okolicy sporo atrakcji.

Whoever took the pictures of the facility for booking is a straight god at photography they make the place look like the

it was better than sleeping on the streets.

Breakfast was a joke microwave food, pre package processed foods, juices were not available juice machine said “out” with a highlighted button that said water, fluorescent lights in rooms, burns holes and who knows what’s on carpets, showers like a hummingbird just tinkled on you, interior carpets of hallways wrinkled and disgusting a straight trip hazard. overall it’s poorly managed and maintained. Whoever took the pictures of the facility for booking is a straight god at photography they make the place look like the ritz when in truth it’s the pits.

Disappointing ... I do think they are trying.

I did not have breakfast , the breakfast area looked nice and clean . I have stayed there before and was pleased , it appears to be in the process of a remodel , so up front it looked good but the room was weird

The room was a king suite , I did not realize I was getting what looked kind of like an apt ... it had a kitchen , two couches that were stained the bed dresser etc .... also it was on the ground floor so the black out window covering made the room dim ... it appears to be an area where there may be some homelessness and so it did not feel very safe , the carpets in the hall were all stretched and the cleaning crew looked like high school boys and I guess it was disappointing to smell Marijuana , access was thru a side door that was very loose unlike the lobby which appears to be remodeled also feeling unsafe as well as a door presumably leading to another room all in all not like my previous experience

Will be staying there again if visiting Bend.

Very great quality of breakfast. Great location of plenty of restaurants and shopping within walking distance. Able to have our dachshund with us.

Only drawback is finding it as it is not directly on the main road. It is behind other businesses.

Pleasant

The room was fine. Comfortable bed.

I specifically went to that hotel in Bend to suck up the sun and swim. I didn't leave the whole time I was there because I was there for the sun/pool. The pool water was ICE cold. I can handle a cold pool, but this was ridiculous. A few other people came out, but when they felt the water, they went back into the hotel. Not returning.

Good

The workers were very nice, especially one of the breakfast workers, who was exceptional (Shannon?). The breakfast was good and had a nice variety of items. The pool looked nice, although we didn't use it. It was great that we could bring our dog.

The hotel generally needs an update. The carpet in the hall was dirty and wrinkly, some of the furniture was worn out, the sink wouldn't drain properly, and the sheets and curtains were kind of stained.

I wouldn't stay again.

The pool and breakfast was nice.

The room was dirty. Hairs in tub, bedding, toilet and floor. Toilet had a ring. It made me feel like it wasn't sanitized and clean for our stay. I did let staff know about the hairs. They changed bedding.

Could of been better

The 3 main best features of this place I would say is it’s proximity to St.Charles Medical Center, shopping and Worthy Brewing Co. The next thing would be their breakfast spread. Some hot items that are rotated during the week. Shout out to the breakfast crew that worked hard to keep the food stocked and fresh. Lastly, the rooms do have a small kitchenette for travels. Dish soap and dish towels, paper towels were appreciated.

My room was clearly not cleaned well prior to arrival. Several strands of hair on the shower wall, Hair in the bed, toiletries not stocked. I don’t believe the sheets were changed. Front desk dropped the ball and did not provide clean sheets delivered to my room for 2 days until I requested them AGAIN. I also asked for cleaning supplies to clean my own room but for liability reasons they could not. I bought Lysol wipes and cleaned the surfaces myself. An audit should be done on the person who supposedly “cleaned” my room on August 12 room 121.

Such a nice place and great breakfast

Jazmyne and other staff were just fantastic!! Anyone would be happy to have these excellent employees who definitely care about the property.

The breakfast was quite substantial.

There was no reason to not allow folks into the hot tub. It was cold outside and the hot tub was steaming.

I'd definitely stay there again.

The electric range was the major reason for selecting this hotel brand along with the other kitchen amenities.

The lack of a fitness center is a major disadvantage. The fact that the pool and hot tub were closed for undeclared reasons during our stay was a disappointment. The inclusive breakfast was acceptable but short of being a plus.

Breakfast was amazing - lots of options. The room was clean and comfy! Great quality for the price. Staff was super friendly and helpful making suggestions about places to explore in the city.
