Very convenient, staff was great but a little over priced.

Superb

A tall skinny middle age man with hat on hanging around the property bumming cigarettes from us in the front parking lot. Saw him again at homeless camp out back on road, we could see out our back facing 1st FL window that wouldn't open.

good place for a couple nights in bend

Pool was fun for the kids but the jets in the spa haven’t worked for a few months as I can see from the reviews and they still don’t work. breakfast was ok, close to a few restaurants and shops which was handy

not much, staff behind front desk don’t have uniform it’s all very casual not an issue though

Location

Hot tub not working, no housekeeping for 2 days, free breakfast ran out on Sunday long before end time. Person said at 9 it was too late too cook any more. Really? Handicapped showerhead mounted in the middle of the stall instead of either end so even with a shower curtain, the water flooded the floor.

Disappointing

I liked being on the 3rd floor.

I couldn't sleep because there was a giant homeless camp behind the building, my room wasn't clean I didn't have coffee cups found someone else's food in my mini fridge and the water wasn't very hot in the shower.

No frills but nice rooms for the money.

staff are great

run down. The rooms are clean and comfortable but the rest of the hotel is shabby.

Decent place for a good price . Breakfast was all right.

There are discrepancies between published and actual times with pool and breakfast. I'm the room flyer, the pool claims to be opened at 5 am but doesn't actually open until 8. Breakfast on weekends is supposed to be open until 10:30 but on Saturday they closed it at 9:30.

Bed was nice. Pillow good.

1st floor was very noisy. Had a room full of young men and women talking loud in hall and running up and down hall. No one at front desk. Called then went down to desk still after 20 minutes everything calmed down after husband confronted the youth. Where is security!! Bathroom wasn't cleaned in sink and shower not cleaned very good lots if hair in it. Carpet wasn't vacuumed very little if at all. Frig and heater made a lots if noise during night

There was a homeless encampment behind the hotel (the side we were on), and we smelled pot wafting into the room most of the night.

The location was not ideal considering there is a massive amount of homeless people lining the road behind the hotel. Make sure to lock your car and valuables up.

Wish the morning crew had been there to check us in, we wouldn't have spent the evening so angry.

Breakfast was fabulous. Great selection and they were very prompt about refilling everything when it got low. The lobby was beautiful and the pool area was very clean. The hot tub was exactly what we needed after 3 rushed days at the beach and too many miles in the car. The girl that checked us out in the morning and the manager in the morning were both great. Friendly and very helpful.

The girl that checked us in was not very friendly. We couldn't get the TV in our room to work, so I went back to the front desk. She said to unplug the box, I said I already did that. She gave me a different remote to make sure the input was right, but I told her the remote in our room let me select inputs and I had already gone through them all. Her answer was "Well, I don't know what to tell you then". I ended up disconnecting everything and taking care of it myself. It had already been a very long day, and I was NOT very happy. It was very hard not to just take our bags and go find a room somewhere else. The crew the next morning is the only thing that saved our stay. Well, them and the hot tub.

So disappointed that we will never stay there again.

Bed was comfortable.

Door to room wouldn’t open without a hard push. then wouldn’t close. Changed rooms but staff noted wrong room and had to tell them many times where we were. Key didn’t work after returning from breakfast. Staff reprogrammed keys. Breakfast was out of coffee soon after opening and was never refilled while we’re were eating.
