I only stayed one night but the room was great and clean

Very clean , staff was very friendly and helpful

Breakfast area very small The air conditioner was a little noisy when running

Never coming back

Beds were comfortable

The first room we went in smelled of stale smoke and marijuana. Hair in tub, and ring from what looked like a bath mat was rusted in tub. Next room was not much better. Dimly lit bathroom with dead bugs in plastic dome.

Facility was below average

Staff was friendly and efficient.

Adequate room but could have had more light. Table lamp didn't work. Bulb burned out? Something was splattered on the wall and dried on. Overall the room and lobby and breakfast area appeared tired and worn out.

We booked this hotel to break up our trip upstate. As it's near the highway, it's perfect for that purpose. The bed was super comfortable and the room was clean.

The bathroom could use some repairs, as the towel rack nearly came off the wall. Breakfast was very very basic.

Room in poor condition. Stains on the bathroom walls. Floor molding in the bathroom missing. No TV channel line up in room. No guide button on remote. Was told there was no password for wifi so I am assuming it's not secure.

Pleasant

The property had visible damage that needed to be updated on the outside. The room we were given had stains in the tub and paint chipping in many areas of the room. The bed and bathroom was clean but there were cobwebs around the ceiling.

The bathroom sink was cracked. The shower drain rusty. Ac not working yet. Couldn't open window fresh air. Used fan. Entire time.

Disappointing

Able to control the ac

Mold all over the bathroom. In the tub. On the ceiling. Comforter had a urine stain on it. Bed wasn't cleaned that well. How I know? The previous guest had their to do list still sitting behind the pillows.

Will avoid in the future

Can’t say there was much to like. Location was good and staff was friendly

Room needed major updating. Shower pressure was marginal and no exhaust fan worked. In looking at the ceiling in the washroom mold could be seen which did not leave a good impression. This is why I left a poor rating.

Generally fine.

Breakfast and location were fine.

The heating was not good turn on the heat and it was fine, turning it down and everything got cold very fast. It wouldn't stay just warm. Either hot or cold. The pillows were very lumpy.

Room carpet dirty. Had an "oil" smell. Breakfast not as advertised.

Overall it was a good experience.

I did not eat breakfast. The location worked very well for me. The staff was helpful and pleasant.

The lighting was poor in the bathroom and sink area.

great customer service

We didn’t actually get to stay there. There was an issue in the hotel and they didn’t have a room for us. The front desk staff was great about it. Comfort Inn got us a room in a neighboring hotel at no charge to us. Based on this I would definitely book at Comfort Inn again since they take care of their customers.

Spots of dark mold in ceiing anove shower. One electric outlet by bed not working. Small stain on sheet. Bed was too hard.
