Very disappointed

Eggs were cold, sausage wasn't cooked thoroughly. Should offer lactaid milk. Even 2% some can't drink.

The female staff was rude. Toilet overflowed and no one to fix it. Brought me a plunger and handed it through the door and said here you are!!! Big cock roaches. No ice on the floor.

I was very please with the staff upon our arrival. He was kind ,patient,courtesy and respectful the place was clean and quiet After travling so many hours,he made our day a little better ......Thank You for all your help.

The pool was out of order and no beef sausage for breakfast, everyone does not eat pork.

Staff was very polite and friendly on all three shifts.

Property needs to be upgraded. Stains were on the linen. Stains on the sofa beds. Housekeeping didn’t arrive until 12 noon. The pool was inoperable.

Worst hotel I stayed out thus far, if I could get a refund I definitely would

we were rushed for payment 2 hours before check in time due to it being the weekend which still didn’t make sense & when we get there we still had to wait on room to get done. Then we get to the room & can clearly tell it was not properly cleaned, the floors were not vacuumed, there was a pair of socks from the previous guest on the floor under desk in room. Stains on sheets & sleeper sofa was filthy. Pool was under maintenance which was not stated on website. Never had clean washcloths or towels. Need to update the entire hotel.

I got charged twice for a single room. One was canceled at facility and that the funds would be put back in my account within 5 business days. The funds have not been returned to my account even with a conformation number

Okay for the purpose of visiting the area.

The coffee was terrible. No napkins in the breakfast area. The air conditioning unit was extremely loud. Clock didn't work.The ottoman in the room had 3 legs.

My family and I will definitely be staying there again. I will suggest this hotel to others also.

I like that it has an indoor pool. I like that it has breakfast.

The breakfast could have been a little better. The pool area could have been a little cleaner.

Nice room, not so nice front desk clerk

it was close to my son in laws house. the breakfast was good.

We drove over 18 hours to get there. when I got there I was informed the booking was cancelled because they tried to run the wrong card (before I even showed up at the property). we got there around 9pm - there was no reason to run the card because I was within the window to check in. Then he charged me more than my reservation was, mumbling something about “local something or other”, I couldn’t understand him. THEN he charged me a $50 deposit that there is NOTHING on Booking.com about a deposit if you’re paying cash. And he wanted to argue with me about that. Had I not just driven 18 hours, I would have argued about that, and about being charged over what Booking.com said the amount would be, but honestly, I just wanted to get into a room & sleep. I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times in the past and I have NEVER had these issues. All the girls who worked the front desk, & the housekeeping staff, were great but we won’t be staying there again.

The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

The bathroom had no doorknob. it had a hole where one once was. Also location isn’t the best place. The elevator carpet was filthy.
