I'm sure the hotel was overpriced because of the summer festival, not cool

The bed is really comfortable and the breakfast was good

They are remodeling, I think they put me in a room that was unfinished. There was no toilet paper, no garbage clean, no room phone, no coffee maker, no ice bucket. The shower had hair in it. The non slip material on the floor in the tub looked really dirty.

Decent hotel for the price, will be amazing after all updates are done.

Property was under construction but was very clean and well organized.

We booked a 2 queen room, got there and they didn’t actually have that room available. We got a king bed and a pull out for our kids, worked great, but they didn’t have pillows for the pullout. Make staff worker wasn’t willing to figure out how to help, but the dayside female worker was very kind and accommodating. Still no pillows but she handled herself professionally and was very apologetic and kind. They filled the hottub in with concrete, but have no fear because the pool is the temperature of a warm bath. They have a fun little 12” deep splash pad as well for littles that our kids loved when the big kids (high school aged lacrosse team) were trying to turn the pool into a whirlpool.

Would not recommend for a family trip.

Most of the staff was friendly.

Stayed there for three days not once did they come and clean the room.

The room was a good size and the pool area was also a good size. The lady at the front desk at check in was very nice and the g.m. dealing with the issue I speak of below was very nice. I just don't believe that issue between his hotel and booking.com should have affected our check in. Otherwise it was an ok place to sleep for the night.

The location was pretty desolate. There was only one restaurant around the hotel and it closed at 2:30 p.m. Anything else that looked like it may have been open at one time was either shut down or the lot where ot stood was empty. We didn't find a gas station nearby either. Although the pool area wad large, it needed some tlc. Kind of dingy and dirty. The room was a nice size, the hotel wad undergoing remodeling, although I couldn't tell if our room/floor had been done or not. There was also complimentary breakfast but it was not good. Most everything was empty when we went there to eat at 9 a.m. The other issue was with Booking.com and the hotel. Our payment was taken from booking.com on May 25th and at the time of check in, the g.m. was on the phone with booking.com trying to get that payment. He told us it took him over an hour to get his money and we waited approx. 30 mins to get in our room. The only other issue was that prior to our check out another guest was given a key to our room and told us they were assigned that room. What???

Worth the challenges of the area.

Quiet and good variety for AM breakfast.

Room 231 - handicap - floor of tub-shower is 2-4" above bathroom floor. I almost fell getting out of shower not expecting floor height difference. Safety bars and countertop saved my fall. Maybe some type of warning tape on tub as was very lucky I didn't fall.

Nothing about this place.

The staff are not friendly at all There are no directions about the free breakfast clock in the bedroom not even plugged in backed up into the dumpster that was out too far and damaged my vehicle smelled marijuana throughout the building. The worst stay ever 😔

My work vehicle was stolen. Another car was stolen from the parking lot the same night. This seems to be a common occurrence here, and yet they don't have security cameras. Way to go

Sausages weren’t cooked to my satisfaction.Needed more variety.And seasoning.

Little kids pool wasn’t working. No type of balls or floaters for pool.No face towels for the stay. 2 tiny bars of soap wasn’t acceptable. And people need yo be informed of 250 deposit won’t be returned until 3 to 5 business days and I still don’t have it it’s day 4

I wasn't in the hotel much and that may have been a good thing.

Breakfast was average. The eggs were cold one morning. The hotel was clean. the beds were comfy.

There were no wash cloths in the room and they told they didn't have any. When I asked for hand towels to use as wash cloths they gave me wash cloths? The guest computer and printer were not working. When I asked for 8 copies of a document which I couldn't print off the computer they said they didn't have access to a copy machine? There was an alarm was going off in the lobby area for over an hour and they didn't know how to turn it off. People were lined up trying to check in and it was very annoying.

the hotel booked us a room and confirmed and when we got there the staff who was really rude especially the lady workin up front was so rude never staying here again you booked us 2 rooms but was sold out already why did it show available in the first place
