Will be more fun when restaurant and bar open.

Staff was energetic and busy, great group.

No fridge or mwo. Restaurant and bar closed post covid and no continental breakfast post covid. Staff was great but they were short staffed. Close to Brewers which is why we stayed there, they have a Brewers shuttle but you have to reserve as PKG to get

Sonesta was a pleasant, warm stay during our power outage in subzero temperatures!

The staff at Sonesta were amazing, friendly, helpful and kind. The beds were very comfortable and the coffee in the lobby was a great touch! It was evident throughout our stay that the staff could tell that their property was essentially serving as an impromptu shelter for untold Milwaukeeans without power and heat — and they rose to the occasion with seemingly endless kindness and patience we will never forget.

The restaurant would have been nice if it was open, but I understand!

Felt good value for the money.

The breakfast was pretty good with good variety, shower was excellent, the bed was comfortable. The room was very quiet even with small dogs down the hallway.

Some mold in the tub area and needs stronger coffee.

Perfect place to stay!

Breakfast looked great! But wasn't able to eat. The reason I go to Milwaukee and I book a hotel, is I have medical appointments at Froedtert Hospital.

Breakfast looked awesome, there was food I could have eate, Especially the oatmeal.

Disappointed

Long window of pool hours, pet friendly

We didn’t have very bad experience but it was unusual with multiple small irritations. Only one elevator was working, our room had dead light bulbs and the TV was broken (they replaced with new TV about 6 hours after check in, but we had to call multiple times to get someone to come), no fridge, microwave (in room), no alarm clock, the hot tub had no “bubbles” to turn on (switch seemed torn off the wall). Breakfast was not good quality and luke warm, with yogurt being not chilled enough… Overall seems like some updates are needed in appearance, lots of broken/missing light covers throughout hallways and hotel, and visible damages (especially in pool area)

Overall clean and tidy

The pool area like the walls could need some TLC I was there last and the jacuzzi didnt work but it did this time. But there was no timer the wires are exposed but covered but still what doesn’t it take to have someone fix all that in a day. Also I hit gym everything work expect the benches 1/3 benches worked and I’m so lucky I picked the one that did or I’d totally complain and have others involved. I also for Got to take pictures but just walk to the gym and see for yourself

I do not recommend this hotel. Administrative mess

Instalations

Administrative mess: they lost the reservation and then they charged me twice in duplicate. They returned the money but this is unjustifiable and a lack of respect for customers. I do not recommend this hotel.

Poor

The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful.

One elevator was broken, had to wait 10 mins for elevator. Room that was booked, was apparently over booked so got an "upgrade" from 2 queen beds to 1 king bed with pull out couch. Couch could feel the springs poking though Bathroom towels were a problem never had enough at the front desk and always had to get our own. Mind you there were only eight floors and one elevator. Walls had black mold growing on then and the lamp shade was not broken but bent. I've stayed at this hotel the last three years and never had this bad of experience before.

Location was fine..bed was comfortable..

One elevator was working g so it made for long waits..crowed lobby..noisy halls..the hot tub jets didn't work...the button to turn it on was gone and the wires were exposed which is a hazard..no USB chargers in The room Except one on the back of the tv...remote didn't work..coffee maker was dirty...no microwave in the room But one in the hallway near the elevator...the power strip had a burn mark like it caught fire or over heated..the pool chairs are broken...the pool water is cold. Couldn't get clean towels in a timely matter...

Very unhappy costumer!

Yes be happy too the pool room had concrete all over the first part of the entry way.and exposed wire for the hotub ther was drugs deals going on in the hallways and elevator and in parking lot ..parking lot completely dark ..TV didn't work properly no refrigerator or microwave in room it was the worst stays ever and will never stay there again. P.s the property overcharged me and still waiting for it to be returned to my account..1 to 10. I give a one and that's it terribly operated. J.Johnson ..lost costumer..

The hotel could use a little update but the staff more than made up for it.

Didn’t realize there was breakfast until the second day and didn’t know the hours. Good items…eggs, bacon, sausage etc but not much left by time I got downstairs. Lesson learned, will ask about breakfast when checking in. Staff was amazing. Always friendly and helpful when I needed something. Best part of the stay!!

This was my second stay, I expected it to be better since the pandemic was over, not really happy.

The gentleman at the desk did explain the chef hard an emergency. Sunday, would have been better if we new there was going to be breakfast.

My brothers room, coffee maker was dirty,614. My room missing refrigerator, was not happy, 214. Standing in line to check in I over heard the times for breakfast and the pool hours, but when we were checking in this was not mentioned to us, if I wouldn't have over heard this it would not have been told to us. There was no breakfast Saturday and no explanation, when my husband ask.

It was ok, but the rooms need to be updated along with their appliances/plumbing.

Close to American Family field.

Wish the bar would’ve stayed open longer and the water takes way to long to go down the tub while showering and the sink when brushing teeth. One room had a mini fridge the other didn’t??? Both rooms I purchased were literally the same thing. 2 queen beds in both rooms.

Avoid at all cost!!!

Worst place I ever stayed. Carpeting in the room was soaking wet, we had to put down towels all over the room to avoid soaked socks. This made the bathroom extremely slippery. Called down for more towels and told there were none available until the morning. One of the elevators was out of order, the other very slow and hard to get with the amount of people at the hotel. No towels at the pool. No breakfast served on weekends. When I stated my complaints at the front desk, they said if I had booked the room directly with them they would have comped the room, and said to confer with you about a refund. Do not recommend this Sonesta to anyone! Thank you. Please advise as to compensation for this horrific stay,

I’ve stayed at this property about five times in the last year and a half generally very happy with everything

staff is always very nice and the location to my sons is perfect!

this is the first time since I stayed there that they had breakfast it was on a weekday morning selection was not good pancakes were ice cold!
