Comfortable beds🥰 Fluffy pillows. Staff are very pleasant and live on site.
The location is next door to a nice Mexican restaurant. Grocery across the street and just centrally located near everything. I stay here at least 1x monthly. Love the option of not being next to others.
The blow dryers never work. Freezers need defrosting. Some fridges don't cool because of this. The floor had not been mopped. Please check all lamps for working bulbs. Better shampoo/conditioner products.

Located in the middle of town.
Difficult to identify and reach from the main road. Rooms were worn down. Bugs present in the rooms. Needs a complete overhaul.

The room size was great for just one person and it was cleaner than expected. I The location is great because it's right in town, so easy access to everything. The bed was comfortable and I slept with no issues. There was a mini fridge, microwave, shampoo and conditioner. There were towels that were folded and the A/C worked just fine. The tv worked, but was slow changing channels for some reason. The hotel offered wifi with no issues to connect. The stay was fine for what I was there for. It would not be my first choice to stay again, I'd probably go somewhere else. But if you're looking for a quick trip that's cheap, this will work just fine.
The maintenance and upkeep of the hotel could be much better. You can tell a lot of the renovations were cheaply done and probably won't hold out for much longer and will need to be replaced soon. I'd recommend working on that, especially in the lobby. The pictures online are not accurate to what you see in person. The pool was not open which was a disappointment since it's been over 100 degrees all summer. The website shows that it's an amenity available so at least updating that it's closed online would be helpful. I was partially upset with how I was treated having my service animal with me. I had let the hotel know in advance that I was going to have one and they said it would be just fine. But upon arrival when I was asked if I had an animal, I let the front desk clerk know, and I was scoffed at, but then given my key. Then upon leaving they would not let me check out until my room was examined because I had a dog. Made me feel kind of criminal for having one and that it indeed was an issue even though I was told it would be alright.

Toilet chain came loose; sink stopper didn’t work properly; no Kleenex in box; no extra toilet paper. Could use a little cosmetic fixing up.

If you can't afford the Super 8, Ramada, or the Holiday Inn Express, this is a decent place to bed down for a few nights. Good location, walking distance to all your fast food and liquor needs, and a few minutes walk from Mountain Home's historical district. Reliable wifi, comfy beds. The Air Conditioning is a big old Amana that I parked at 60 degreees as long as I was indoors.
Roaches. I didn't see any for.most of my stay, but the morning I was getting ready to check out I saw no less than four of them scurrying about the walls and restroom. No bedbugs, I lucked out there, but the place needs fumigated. Walls are a little thin, if your methed oit neighbors are in and out at stupid o'clock in the morning you'll know about it. The fridge doesn't get super cold but keeps beer chilled.

Desperately needs a remodel, very old and dated.

It was the cheapest option, but only because I went through a Google-recommended booking service. Initially they were going to charge me almost twice the price.
Lots of stuff is broken. Clearly they don't reinvest any of the money they get from gouging people who book directly with them. You can easily hear what's going on outside because the room isn't completely enclosed; there's a part above the door that lets in open air and cannot be closed.

I was deceived. The advertised pictures of the rooms are NOT how they really are. It’s dirty, dingy, and reeked of curry and fish. Cigarette burn holes on a very old tacky bedspread. the floor was not finished and had gaps to the subfloor. Bathroom appliances were dust covered and rusting. The sink ran the whole time. Remote control didn’t work, and it wasn’t because it needed batteries. Bathtub tile was black and moldy with a very poor attempt to repair it. Bedside lamp shade was torn up and the switch was filthy. There were people coming and going by my room all times of day and night, and smoking cigarettes. I don’t smoke and had requested to be away from the smoking area. I was traveling with a broken leg, so in the morning I checked out early. They sent me an invoice which I have for the return amount of $118.30, but only actually refunded my card for $59.15.
