The location away from the race track
Still was under construction but I could deal with it.

There wasn’t any breakfast offered at our location.
We had bugs all over our room & attempted to talk to the man at the front desk to help us and he refused to help us with anything. It was sad to see how much he didn’t care & the way he ignored us.

NA. See the next section.
The problem is, this place is under construction and booking guests for unfinished rooms. I arrived and was sent to a room that had no TV; I didn't care, but I was told to go back down to the office and get a new room. They gave me a new card, and I went to the new room: the smoke detector was going off, beeping loudly. Obviously, I asked for the staff to change the battery or turn it off. They swapped in a "new" battery, and the beeping continued, loudly. I was amazed that they really seemed not to care. What did they think I was going to do in this situation? I asked what else they could do, and the guy shrugged, giving up. Definitely the worst hotel experience I've had. It's not so much that there was some major issue with the physical room (it looked fine, and the smoke alarm was just a typical smoke alarm), but the staff showed absolutely ZERO concern about a guest, new to town and having booked a cheap motel room in a bad neighborhood to save money while traveling for work. I literally had to run across a highway to find another motel and get some sleep. Do not stay at this place. (The whole area is sketchy; just stay either further from downtown or pay to stay downtown. There is a nice Red Roof Inn that has the same rates, a bit closer to downtown, still on the highway.)

I didn't like anything....we checked in looked at our room and checked out. We did not feel comfortable/safe staying there.
We didn't feel comfortable/safe. We were on the property less than 20 minutes from the time we checked in to the time we checked out. The room smelled awful, there were stains on everything. There was used soap sitting on the counter.

Room was dirty! Smelled funky, very musty. Smoke detectors removed. Cable not working, wifi not working! Shower was disgusting, dried dirt rinse in tub. Tissue shoved in light cover in bathroom. Worst place I've EVER stayed. Being dead tired was the only reason I didn't check out immediately.

BOOKING.COM list the property with breakfast, a major reason we were going to stay here and was close to our immediate destination.
1) Upon Checking in the property had a hand written note stating no breakfast was available due to a City Ordinance, and was dated long ago. WHY DOES IT STATE ON BOOKING.COM COMES WITH BREAKFAST?
2) THE STAFF WAS NOT HELPFUL AND COULD NOT EXPLAIN!
3) Upon preparing to depart in the morning a Staff of the Property walked into our room without knocking, when my daugther saw her she walked out. i went to the door and challenged her on what she was doing and she stated check out time was 11AM.
4) When questioning the checkout staff at reception they were nonchalant and did not seem to have any care about this behaviour. This Lady who walked into our room had a name tag of the property this is how we know she was staff.
5) Hotel is to be non-smoking, when we entered the room it had been smoked in many time and it was terrible smell.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO ANYONE TRAVELING CROSS COUNTRY AS WE WERE!

Location
Weatherstripping was half way off the door. Lack of cups available. No coffee pot in the room. Wash clothes needs replacing-very old. Very noisy at night.

Easy to find
No breakfast even though advertised. Breakfast included was the reason for me choosing this motel over another. I talked to the manager in the morning and he said that there was no breakfast available due to covid even though it was still advertised. He offered to refund 5 dollars so I could buy breakfast somewhere which I thought was good of him.
This has not happened. Very disappointing.
